First time questions using agency

I have never used a provider before and have some questions regarding using an agency if I decide to use one. I have found a reputable agency (many positive reviews) and have some questions about the screening. They will need full name, cell number, and employment info- (company name and number).  I understand this is to protect the safety of the girls, but is this too much info to give and could it come back to haunt you. My questions are:

1.)What if the agency gets busted for any sort of illigal activity and they have my name as one of their former clients. Could I be at risk of being investigated for anything.  Do Agencies keep their client info around for long periods after you use them.

2.)What questions will an ageny ask when calling someone's place of employment to screen, will it be discreet.

to be sure that you are not LE.

In most cases they are discreet, but shit does happen sometimes.  Generally they just ask to speak to you and then once confirming that you do work there, hang up.  They often identify themselves as calling from your bank, doctor, etc.

In the case of agencies, LE tends to target them more than they do independents because they get more bang for their investigative buck, so that is a downside of agencies.

You have to decide what your personal comfort level is and make a decision based on that.

Ooppps. My guess is that unless you are famous/infamous, no one is gonna care. There is a definite downside and only you can make the call.

if privacy is a concern, stay away from agencies ... indies require pretty much the same info, but your downside is much less than with an agency (as previous posts indicated)

Trust is earned, not given. His are perfectly reasonable questions to find out it it is deserved.

Are you already a politician?

If not I doubt anyone except maybe your wife, if you have one, would care even if your information were found in an agency or indie's records...and unless your wife is a prosecutor or investigative reporter I doubt she would find out.

Do agencies get busted more than indies?  Yes, but not for the chance at the authorities getting client records.  Agencies are a target more often because pimping and pandering (the charges made against agency owners) tend to be felonies whereas prostitution tends to be a misdemeanor.  That and the agency can be charged with one count for each lady working with them so it increases fines etc. and can be expanded to other charges that allow for seizure of assets (as in the DC case where the 'Madam' had her accounts, stocks and property seized).

Often they don't even charge the ladies that worked for the agency with the applicable misdemeanors, as they would rather have the ladies testify against the agency owners.  The charges that could be brought against a client are even lower than prostitution chargers, there is no payoff for the man hours of investigation there.

About the only time anyone would care who is on a client list for an agency would be for political maneuvering so if you were a politician  from one party and the other party or opponent in an election wanted to smear you a bit that could be used otherwise you really are not important. Again note the DC case where of phone records of over 15,000 number the names of two men have been connected to those numbers...I doubt you would be one of the two, you would more likely be one of the 14,998 that no one cares about.

The one possible exception would be if there was also drug sales or use through the agency and you were involved in that...then you have something worth going after eg forfeiture and seizure of your assets under drug laws. (for an example of this look to Atlanta and the bust back in January of what really was an independent lady that worked with another lady doing doubles, which they turned that situation into pandering charges, and brought in some clients for pandering and drug charges which also allowed them to file RICO charges as now it was a group of people so they could argue organised crime).

As for information, I know small agencies that have no records at all (usually a one person operation, no phone girls, no drivers, no managers, etc.)and I know of larger agencies that have entire client databases accessible by the owners and phone girls.

For how long they keep it, I haven't heard of them purging records over a certain age so if I were you I would assume they will always have it.

As for the call to your employer they will generally call the main number, say they are from your bank or doctor, or some other company and asked to be connected to you.  This allows them to verify you work there, and once connected to your line, that you actually are the one that contacted them.

To maybe put things in perspective...if you join TER with a credit card you give far more information about yourself, and when you write reviews, despite disclaimers of them being fiction, admit to the activities, and yes...those two things can be put together...how else could they know which account to give the VIP membership to when you give your CC information if it wasn't linked to your username?
