P411 clients can now recommend new p411 providers.  The provider needs two p411 client recommendations to get an invite.  The clients MUST have had a session with the provider.

Great news!  P411 has dropped a lot in terms of quality providers hopefully this will get things rolling again.

...but I hope they continue to expand.  It is a great service and much needed.  Wish TER would follow suit and come back strong.

Based on her track record I'd say it's a bit early to be worrying about the new owners. P411 has been a valuable resource, so I'd be inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Secondly, BeaverEater is absolutely correct. I can't find a single US based agency that still has a profile anywhere on TER. (P411 is a different issue) EXCEPT for 100Proof. I wouldn't want to accuse TER of playing favorites, but this agency isn't even trying to pretend that they are really in London, NOTHING in their ads, posts or website has even a single mention of London.

 
Several months ago a lot of providers were doing the same thing as 100Proof, simply changing their location to a country other than the US so as to be able to keep their TER profile, but NONE of the agencies or providers that couldn't PROVE they had at least some presence in another country were able to keep their TER profile, ALL of those profiles have been deleted EXCEPT 100Proof. I think that BeaverEater is asking a very fair question, if there has been a change of policy, I know of hundreds, probably thousands of other providers and agencies who would like the opportunity to "relist". If it's simply a mistake, well I guess TER will take steps to correct that mistake, OR, if there is some other reason, I am sure the hundreds/thousands of providers/agencies who were delisted for the exact same behavior would love to have this question answered. Nothing against Zack,  by all accounts he runs a decent shop, but fair is fair. If he is allowed to break/bend/skirt the rules, why shouldn't all the other equally deserving people here be getting the same treatment?

To get around the US TER blackout he should share it with other providers here who could similarly benefit from having a link here to there website. It's kind of a dick-move to keep it to himself when a lot of ladies here need business too.
