There's a great deal of debate about whether female ejaculation (squirting) exists.  Here's a link that shows it does, and why it happens.  This is not to say there isn't some pee mixed into it, but it's primarily another fluid.  There are lots of stories.  I know a renowned squirter who confided in me that, in her case, it's really pee.
Then there's my ex.  We're still friends and she became a squirter late in life.  She says it's not pee.  I've been with several providers who either squirt or gush.  With the gusher it's clearly not pee.  Very different in its viscosity and color.  With the other squirter I think it's a mixture of both.  Who cares?

Before I start, please let me say that I do realize that some providers genuinely love GS and 'taboo' activities, and that participation is a positive thing for them. I have ZERO problem with watersports, as long as both parties are consenting adults, making informed and educated decisions, nobody is harmed, etc, etc.  
 
But speaking in general - and from my own observations and relationships, having known a few providers who give AND receive GS  - women will have a myriad of reasons for agreeing, and some of them are not exactly what a hobbyist would hope. It can be a very negative experience for a woman who's doing it for the wrong reasons. Some women approach this profession in an unhealthy way, and sometimes those women do tend to be the ones who participate in the activities some might call 'taboo', or 'extreme' or 'undesirable'...not because they're freaks-between-the-sheets, but because they can't keep boundaries, and/or are just really greedy or desperate. I'm not saying at all that my previous statement applies to everyone who engages in 'taboo' or 'extreme' activities...just some. The thought that some woman is *suffering* through drinking another person's bodily waste...that's a horrible idea to me, and nobody should ever feel like she needs to do that. But I have absolutely no problem with it, if that's what both people truly enjoy
