Someone I know was recently offered a specialty service by a young woman in our area.

She said she could do "Fire and Ice"

Eh?

Ice Cubes and Wine?  a la Sasha?

Hot Pokers and Freon? Something involving Peppers?

Any thoughts folks?

Not sure, but I think the "Fire" part is when she has a gulp of hot coffee before the BBBJ.  The "Ice" part would be when she sucks an ice cube right before she does the same to you.
