I hate implants.

Of course TOO fake is a huge turn off regardless, but how can I  NOT like the look implants give a lady's bosom.  On the other hand, the feel can be distracting unless she had a very good surgeon and elected the (I  think) under the muscle procedure (not only am I not a lawyer, I'm not a surgeon either).  

But it reminds me of my choice in vehicles too, I drive a humdrum SUV but every once in awhile I look at a hot sports job and think 'wouldn't it be nice to rent one of those for a spin.'!!

I gotta say real. I have felt some implants that were quite realistic, and one TS who I never would have known was originally a male based on how the breasts felt, but there is nothing like a natural beast, no matter what size.

They are super soft and sit there just right.  After having kids, yes, I can say, I needed a "lift".

I have plenty of my own boobs with an extra OOMPF!

A natural B cup is my FAV. I've seen 3 ladies with implants and quite a few natural C or larger ladies.
What I dig the most is nipple response. I love a good pencil eraser pointing at me. I received them from all shapes.

Bottom line, implants are nice to view.....but naturals are always fun.

BTW.....Young has nothing to do with it...My best nipple response came from a 62 y/o.

They do get heavier the larger you go.

I experienced hers before and after the enhancemant.  It is damn near impossible to tell she has had surgery on them.

I have been with some really hard bolt-ons, didn't like them at all.  Been with some I could feel whatever was in there, but generally felt pretty natural anyway.

For the most part I love them all, unless they are just too damn hard.
