Of course TOO fake is a huge turn off regardless, but how can I  NOT like the look implants give a lady's bosom.  On the other hand, the feel can be distracting unless she had a very good surgeon and elected the (I  think) under the muscle procedure (not only am I not a lawyer, I'm not a surgeon either).  

But it reminds me of my choice in vehicles too, I drive a humdrum SUV but every once in awhile I look at a hot sports job and think 'wouldn't it be nice to rent one of those for a spin.'!!

Those big spaced apart, skin so stretched if you rub a nail lightly across the skin they'll pop nipples facing two directions boobs *breathes* those are effin' scary and you should be ashamed of yourself for letting a doctor do that to you lol. And if you're like 130lbs and your fake tittays are like EE's that just looks no insult to the mentally handicapped but.....retarded.
