In different states, different review boards are more prominant than others..

Since there is no "escort registry" as such there is no way to even know how many women escort in the US or the world for that matter. In addition, many women choose not to advertise or maintain websites which makes them ineligible to be reviewed here. Add to that the large number of women that prefer not to be reviewed at all.
TER is a great source but it is not the only source for finding great ladies.

Practically all of what is here is pure fantasy.  There are actually only a few hundred sex workers in the U.S.

Most of us who write reviews here do so as assignments in our Creative Writing classes.

Well, the 2004 ABC Sex Survey indicated that 15% of US men have paid for sex.  I think there should be about 100,000 sex workers in USA.

There are quite a few non-American providers with profiles on here.
