I love the youthful look but my experience is that new providers expect a guy to be "push button"...  I like the MILF range where they are young enough to be hot but experienced enough to have patience & know a few things.

with good reviews.I want to make sure she will meet my expectations. Now I have played with a few newbies and they were great( usually based on a recommendation.)

I've TOFTT on a number of occasions and also seen providers with over 100 reviews and more.  For me, it's never been about how many reviews a provider has.  

I don't want to have a sub standard session with my limited time and cash in order to educate her on my dime.  On the other hand, being young and having few experiences in being a provider doesn't always mean she doesn't know how to please a man.  A lot of providers have experience from before entering the hobby providing service.

I've spent a little time with a lady in her 30s who was new to providing due to difficulties in her life.  She had broad and genuine (non-superficial) life experiences enabling her to be grounded and a pleasure to be with.  She was a wonderful combination of not jaded, enthusiastic, a little nervous, and anxious to make my day.  Pretty, special, and a joy to speak with, as well.

Experience is hard to beat, but sometimes new gals make up for it by dint of working harder to please you and thus gain a positive reputation.

I've found great gals from both ends of the spectrum.
