It looks like a fair number of ladies will do DFK before CIM, but very few will do DFK after CIM (especially the ones who don't swallow).  Why is this?  Is it just too messy?  Is it because the urge to spit is too great?  Just wondering.

I'm not sure about that but one of the most exciting things for me is DFK especially  immediately after CIM. I really would not enjoy seeing someone who did not DFK with intense passion. My favorite is the best at DFK I have ever experienced and she will DFK with passion after CIM.
I guess this does not really address your specific question but I had a nice fantasy/memory as a result.
