my SO was surprised at the frequency of my headaches in the early days.  She was forever plaguing me to go have a ct scan, but I had her convinced that a roll in the hay was cheaper.

Muscle tension headache, probably yes, or at least, it's doubtful if it will get worse. Migraine or cluster headache, no, and probably will make it worse, if you can stand to be touched at all. And, it could be dangerous to have sex during either of these two vascular headaches. However, the safest approach is the know the type of headache you're dealing with, and consult your physician regarding your question.

I get a terrible headache after not getting mine BUT once I get off the headache does go away.
Sometimes I just have to rub one out!  but then again I am a greedy whore! lol
