In fact I have seen some charge more for 2 hours compared to booking two 1 hour sessions! Aren't a provider's fixed costs the same whether you book 1 or 2 hour? So why not give a big discount for booking
additional time? Whether you stay 1 or 2 hours a provider still has to:

Screen you
Shower and apply makeup
Book hotel room
Take risks with std
etc..

Said it before, and I'll say it again. I don't do less than 2 hours. And when I do, well, you get the idea....

Some ladies do offer discounts for more than an hour appointment some don't .Whatever she is comfortable with that is her business.I offer discounts for more than an hour and I sometimes offer free time if you book a certain amount of hours or belong to some verification sites.There is nothing that says automatically a  lady has to offer a discount for 2hours .Whatever ladies you are interested in compare the packages they offer and go from there,but never indicate that she should offer a discout for 2hour or more appointments if she does not offer that.

( Vegas ),when it comes to providers, vast majority offer multi-hour discounts. I would think providers in most major metropolitan areas would offer multi-hour discounts.

Perhaps you need to hobby elsewhere.

can't compare this line of work to any other, its like nothing else its in a catagory, alone.
No other business out there puts you at these risks in this position and takes so much from you.
I don't know any consultants who do their work naked have sex with their clients and operate on the fringe of the law taking risks to thier lives health and livelihood.
this type of service pays well so well in part because of the risks.
If you see someone whos rate you don't like move on. she charges what she feels her time and her risk is worth to her. you don't have to like it approve of it either but you also don't have to pay it.
Bottom line, it is what it is. Simple as that. The risk is high so the profit margin is as well.

We fix the prices the way we see fit and that's the beauty of it.

Do you offer a discount to your employer after the first hour of work? you have the fixed costs....same is for providers or any other business services.

Like Jaydalee, I also offer some creative rate structuring for extended time together and to those with memberships to verification sites.  I enjoy getting to know my patron on a number of levels and not worrying about time constraints, so my minimum is 2 hours (although I am most comfortable with 4-5 for a first time meeting.)  Seeing more than one gentleman a day is something I'm very uncomfortable with, therefore I have a very limited circle of patrons.  However, some ladies don't mind entertaining more than one gentleman a day and prefer to avoid forging a friendship and focus on the physical.  Therefore, by not offering a "discount" on 2+hour engagements, they discourage a gent from scheduling anything longer than a one-hour date.  

We are all different in this wonderful demimonde, which is what makes it such a fun playground!  Look around, do your research, and have fun in the process!  I've met both female and male providers from all rate structures and specialties and they've all been amazingly kindhearted, genuine people.

I prefer longer appointments and my providers have all advertised multi-hour discounts and in fact allowed the session to extend in order to finish our fun.  I look for quality, and when a lady offers discounts for multiple hours, I see quality.  I am certain that many ladies who do not offer discounts are fine providers -- but here, as everywhere, the free market rules!  Happy Hunting.

guys who book 2 hours are normally tough nuts to crack so we have to be prepared to bring in re-inforcements.

I give a discount for the second hour and deeper for the third. I like taking my time enjoying someones company so longer is better for me.

So.........I tend to enjoy quite accomodating arrangements. I usually absorb the overhead as well. Room, dinner, entertainment. Make it easy for her and you'd be surprised at how easy she'll make it for you. Establish a good rapport and arrangements become quite organic. I do not like to feel as if I'm conducting business, I do that 10 hours a day, I want to be entertained therefore I'm entertaining.

Although I have seen some ladies adds that offer no discount for multiple hour appts.   IMHO these tend to be Hi volume ladies that may see many men a day so they are counting on volume of business to make their $$$.  These are providers I usually avoid anyway.  Ladies that give discounts for longer appts. tend to be lower volume And again in my opinion offer superior experiences to ladies that don't want to offer any extra incentive for hobbyist to book longer appts.  I rarely book less then 2-3 hrs with a provider.  It's impossible to fully appreciate all a great or even good provider has to offer in 1 hr IMO.

The price of any good or service is dictated by what a willing buyer will pay a willing seller in a free market.

Sometimes that price will be less than the cost of production and the seller loses money -- and must either lower production costs or get out of the business.

But for any enterprise to be successful, selling price will be higher than the cost of production. HOW much higher than the cost of production is not at all dictated by costs; but simply by how much others are willing to pay.

Providers drive me nuts with cost justifications -- including everything from cost of gym memberships, manicures and hairdos to hotel rooms. I added it all up, and the production cost for a 1 hr appointment is easily $14,327.68. Which means that every provider I've seen must be broke as their rates don't cover their costs. LOL (*grin*)

Seriously, cost-justification is an absolute waste of time; because once the price exceeds the cost of production; we are strictly talking about supply and demand.

Obviously, there are a few wrinkles. For example, some ladies have good-paying full-time jobs and can afford to see only a handful of clients a year and charge major money, because even if they don't get a single client they don't have to drop their rates.

But outside of such circumstances, it's the market.

the costs aren't necessarily fixed.  Some may think why should I give a discount when I can "sell" the same time at the standard rate?  And yes, often 2hrs guys are tougher to service but we don't know that until we're in session.
