Can someone explain to me why agencies charge a fraction of what independence charge? It would seem that the opposite should be true. Providers working for agencies take a fraction of the donation, therefore One would think that independence would keep more in their pockets and therefore charge a lower rate. The whole thing seems upside down. If anybody has an explanation I would love to hear it.

Related question when girls leave agencies to make more money they end up charging double or more what they used to collect at the agency, is that because they want fewer clients? It would seem that if they are willing to work the amount that an agency requires, they would make substantially more just by charging the same rate. Just curious if anybody has thought about this.

Agencies are more likely to fill a girl's schedule.  So her total income could be higher in comparison to being an independent charging more per hour but seeing fewer per day.  Of course this doesn't hold true in every case.

An independent has to make up the difference.  But likely has more experience and can handle her own biz as well as manage her own finances generally.  She'll market to the niche that works best for her.

Some independents want more free time, possibly because of outside commitments to family or other jobs or activities.  They are less motivated to fill every hour with a customer and so are more likely to charge at a rate that scrapes off the low bidders.

Not claiming to have expertise here, but yeah girls who can handle more customers per day would go the agency route it seems.

It's not really about schedule fitting, since indies can hire booking assistants to do all that kind of work.

 
Agencies make it so the girl doesn't have to worry about the incall or protection or advertising or booking. Especially helpful if girls don't know English. They are perfect for those who look to make money fast, and don't mind handling a large volume, and don't have time to establish their brand or name .  With indies, there's always an inherent risk when a newbie comes into the game. Ive seen some very popular indies start in the game with very low rates and once they build their name, their rates explode.  

 

Indies also take outcalls which could be time consuming, have to worry about all the proxy stuff and generally see less clients.

To give some reference, it's not uncommon for popular kgirls in bay area pre-covid to handle 10 or even more clients a day. The rate in the bay is probably lower than anywhere, at 220, and 50 goes to house. The volume adds up. An indie who sees two-three clients a day needs her rate up to even come anywhere close.

Your premise assumes that all escorts get the same fee for the same services/time regardless of how the booking process works. That simply isn't accurate.  

 
I'm not an expert on pricing from the Escort point of view, but I've had enough experience as a client to know that each provider has her own formula for pricing her services and it's a fools' errand to think they all follow the "Hookers' Guidelines and Best Practices for Session Pricing" handbooks they got at the last annual Escort Trade Show and Expo they went to in Chicago. Trying to unpack a providers prices by a client is arguably as difficult as a provider trying to unpack why some guys book them and some don't.  She could be using any number of factors to arrive at a price, or prices. Just like you could be using any number of factors to book her - while I may use a completely different set of factors.  

 
So if you think an escort's fee is based only on "her set fee + agency fee" with an agent versus only "her set fee" without an agent your math will fail.  Her calculous is hers and hers alone. Yes, there are many anecdotal stories (especially here) of guys booking through an agency, then asking for and sometimes getting a "better rate" if they book another session directly. Long time monger;  a $300 bj does not feel any better than a $100 one.  It just depends who you want to be with and how much you are willing to shell out.  Most expensive indies are on Twitter, Eros, and Tryst with p411 pretty close.  After that are most agencies.  Finally you have the less reputable sites that cater to the bottom feeders.  Occasionally you can find a gem in the field of low hanging fruit.  Again it is all about preferences and budgets.

Agencies can get consistent business at a certain price point. There are very slight variations but within the $280 to $350 range for agencies (and even that causes issues amongst the employees).  

 
Then you get some outstanding girls at the agencies at those rates, and it becomes apparent that they can get more very quickly. Specifically, guys offering to pay more outside the agency rate or just general web suring, "I'm just as pretty as her and offer more services". I know a $400 an hour provider that tried to go indy. She went back to agency because dealing with customers was a major pain in the ass; last-minute cancelations, screening of new clients, and more steady business.  

 
Interestingly enough, you're starting to see initial cracks in the K-Agency model. Some of these girls are gorgeous and do more than their 'caucasian' counterparts. So you see a few starting to go independent. The issue is PO/Bookers are still needed because of the language barrier and safety issues of being here on. Visa or illegally.
