Why not take 2 minutes to post on the NC board that you are looking?

I have read all the bad things about getting providers off Backpages such as LE and rip-offs. The Ad boards on TER are really rather thin (for Charlotte, NC anyway) - so the question is,  if BP is no good - whats the best website to find providers?

BTW I am a Date Check member and think its shit.

I've been a member for a few years and it works pretty good where I am. A little pricey maybe, $60 bones a year I think, but when a lady is asking for references, this takes care of all that stuff once you get a few ok's. You'll have to look it up, got an url error when I tried to include a link to the site with this re.

I don't really use the ad boards much on here. (In CHT too) I use the search function to pick people who are my type, then read reviews and look at their sites. Even if they aren't active on the ad boards, it doesn't mean they aren't seeing people. Also it's perfectly fine to use eros and BP to search for people, but I would cross reference the providers here to see if they are reviewed or not. I don't see anyone with less than 2 reviews these days.

For its size, Charlotte is pretty weak. I agree that P411 is much better than Date-Check (although either one is good to have for screening). But Eros isn't used much there, and I've seen a lot of B&S pics, etc.

Even TER doesn't seem to be used as much as in other cities--either for ads or reviews--largely because it's lumped in with the over-broad Carolinas region.

You shouldn't rule out Backpage just because of all the ripoffs. You can still find a lot of providers you wouldn't find anywhere else. You just need to learn to quickly skim over all the garbage, and to thoroughly cross-check the others. It's too bad that it takes so much time and effort, but I don't know of any easy solution other than moving to a bigger city.

You are leaving out a whole great big pool of ladies that have their legitimate reviews housed on other boards mainly because those boards are keeping them working and eating or because the ladies on it are all in their local area and they pass references between amongst each other.

TER is great but there are ladies other places with reviews (tons of them) on other legitimate review boards. I'm not trying to steer you away from TER by NO means I am just saying that every beautiful (or not so beautiful lady) can't be reference to TER.  

But just to be on the safe side, I am going to have to ask my next few friends if they would consider reviewing me here in case there are a great number of guys that are doing the same as you are. Who really wants to lose out because a small technicality(lol).

Overall. you have a pretty good system though but I would say the same thing to a guy that puts up the same message on the board I have frequented the most. I would tell him "Don't despair if she is not on that board, look at TER, the other T board and the rest... She's SOMEWHERE". In my case, being an outcall person, I have found myself on guys LOCAL boards. (who wudda thunk it ?!? LOL)

You are definitely right: for a lot of ladies, they don't have to be participating to see someone. If a paid website or domain name is still up, it is up for a reason.

I'm not sure of any other boards that really are very strong in the carolinas. TER seemed to have the largest amount so that's the one I prefer to use. The only other review board I belong to is ECCIE and it is based in TX and isn't very popular in NC.  If I see someones ad on BP or Eros I usually google their phone number or email addy and see what comes up. If its linked to a review, 99% of the time, it seems to be TER. Either that or nothing. Just what I've seen.
