I have a wonderful date scheduled this weekend with an extremely well reviewed provider. She's so popular I had to wait for months to get an appointment. Many of the numerous reviews written (all giving her 9 to 10's for service) explain that her greatest speciality is rimming, anal massage and ass worship. While I'm extremely intrigued (I love to rim... but I've never been rimmed) I have some great concern. I've been suffering from what seems to be IBS for months. It makes me irregular and at times unpredictable. I've gone to doctors and have been eating a high fiber diet.

I have major anxiety over that one area of my body.  The truth... I'm as clean as a whistle, and I've never had a provider tell me otherwise. Still the thought of a provider breaking the seal and providing analingus on me has me a little freaked.

I plan to starve myself a little before the session, and possibly cleanse with an enema. I also plan to shower when I arrive. However I may just plan to skip the 'trip' altogether and just focus on the 'boys and their leader'.

Providers who engage... how would you prefer to be notified... before the date or when you arrive. Should I bring it up at all? I recently brushed off any assplay with another provider and it seemed to kill the mood. The whole session was sterile.

It seems she is very experienced with anything anal, so bringing this up to her might be easier than you think. As far as the notification...bit tough before the date as you are mentioning an act, so if it were me, let me know after we had gotten comfortable on the day. I mean ass play can involve more than a mouth if either of you are concerned about breaking the seal. Good luck with your adventure.

I don't have much sensation in that area...  & likewise have concerns.  I usually let the lady know as the play progresses...  Something non-judgemental "I don't have much feeling in the groove back there... "   I've never felt a session suffered for it.

Often, people have IBS problems and develop inner bleeding that is undetectable. To be safe, I always use a barrier, and I prefer to use one when a man enjoys rimming me. I have lactose intolerance that developed gradually over about ten years.

It took me awhile to figure out what it was, and needless to say, there were some embarrassing moments until I found out about lactase supplements and probiotics.

Everybody can play safe with barriers, and you won't have to worry so much about "breaking the barrier." You can use the kind of plastic wrap that does not have holes in it - the kind that is not for use in a microwaves, or you can purchase dental dams at most adult stores. I would still recommend the use of an enema before play, and a good scrubbing, of course.

cut the tip off, Make one cut down the length of the condom, Wash the lube and goob off, reapply a little lube to the side you want to stick to your azz (to help it stay in place) .......wa-la...you have your own homemade dental dam.

A client used this for DATY once. At first I was skeptical but I found it was great. I had a huge O.

A prepaired enema works but sometimes gives me gas. I use a water doush until it is clean about 2 hours before secession. And then just before I leave my house. Never been embarised. I have heard of using Imodium will help. May want to take a dose if you are worried. Above all have fun! You will enjoy a good rim job.

okay, first i will confess to being a provider who enjoys orally servicing ALL parts of a man's body...(okay okay, maybe not inside the nostrils, but you get the idea). with that said however, i am very selective about who i rim. it must be a gent i have known for some time, who i trust to a great extent, and who i know to be in good health and to have exceptionally good hygiene. if a gent told me, or if i even mildly suspected, that he had IBS or any other health issue effecting that area, there is NO WAY i would place my mouth there. sorry.

but clearly, this is something that makes you a bit uncomfortable as well, and in a sexual moment you should be completely relaxed and free. therefore i think your best bet would be to just avoid this activity altogether, and if a provider heads in that direction, gently guide her elsewhere.

The only problem I ran  into was being in a hurry and doing it last minute. Yuck! Spermicide! LOL

that you can put a little lube under the barrier for a more natural feeling. I am not sure why this works, but it does.

Rimming is a fun part to any session. As long as you are clean I don't think many provider will deny you. Keep in mind that some providers may not be into it and will not agree to do it with you. Use the reviews as a good guide to who is into it and who is not.

Your IBS is a non issue unless you are having a current bout and is out of control.  IMO
