Add to that -another taboo is money in an email , text , or phone .

specifics about services offered.  As long as she has claimed her profile with TER, or is paying for VIP, she should be able to respond to inquiries safely and confidentially.

Most do that to avoid being asked what they do and the cost. I have had that happened to me.

I think those messages are monitored though and so they are not private or encrypted I believe...just an aire of caution from what I have heard--don't quote me though me please.

if you discuss specific services with a potential customer who is a TER member by PM admin is going to report you to LE?  Not only would that be adverse to TER's interests in running this site, it makes no sense at all.  Got conspiracy theories?  Lol

If you read the fantasy reviews here on TER & respectfully refer to the providers website booking should be a breeze. It’s all the back and forth with unnecessary banter. If you reach out to the provider without any of her booking information it’s very difficult to take you seriously.

were being monitored for a while during the time that TER was dark in the US following FOSTA/SESTA.  I received a suspension over a derogatory comment I made to him by PM about bias from the mods on the P/R board at the time.  However, ever since TER has gone live again in the US, I haven't seen or heard of any instance of them monitoring PM's in the past four years.  

Especially in NC where now it is a felony for solicitation…..according to some, all LEO has to prove is intent!  Think with the right head!

Any Provider that refuses to state what they do then the hobbyist will reject them. And  it sounds as if you want that to happen (In hopes that you and/or others will get more money).

... but again I mostly deal with SBs..  That's a whole different game..  

SB's have less to worry about because they are not advertising to random men, but rather looking for an arrangement with one, or even a few men.  Men who have girlfriends often help them out financially, and most SB arrangements are not compensated by the hour, which is what distinguishes providers from SB's.  Never heard of an SB getting busted because sex usually doesn't ensue until the SECOND meeting and no money was exchanged on the first meeting.  It's more of a meet and greet to check for attraction and compatibility.  At least the way I have approached it in the past myself.

Have you ever booked a provider before without TER reviews? Or have you showed up to a provider, paid her the rate she asked for then have her tell you she does not do this, that and the third? Or upcharges? Going over the sexual menu, boundaries, restrictions and rates in writing and before the provider gets paid is absolutely necessary. Most providers don't have reviews either because they are new, de-listed themselves, have a no review policy or because most clients don't write them. Every provider, unfortunately have different service levels and have their own definition as to what FS and GFE is. Some providers will have different or confusing rate structures. Some providers won't see certain races or ethnicities which is not explicit on their websites so all the "back and forth with unnecessary banter" is very necessary.
