Some men swear by naturals, but they don't always say if the mean large naturals or what.

So I think as a percentage, most men will appreciated enhanced breasts.  

Try to find out where Koreans get theirs done, or determine the method used. Most of the time, you can't tell they've been done, other than they are perfect C's and D's on a tiny Korean chick.

today's surgical techniques.  You should study them and consult with a reputable doctor to see which method is best for you.  If the doctor goes through armpit (transaxillary) there will be no breast scarring.  I've seen implants done through the areola where you also couldn't see a scar.

I'm a guy. Speaking for myself, I prefer naturals whether they be small, medium, or large. But I like to make a comparison to balding guys who can't live unless they're wearing a toupee. I knew a guy who wore a toupee that was pretty bad in appearance, fit, etc.. But HE was comfortable in it and THAT is what is important. Some people would suggest that he get a better rug, recommend a different hair style, etc., but he didn't care about the rug, he just cared about having something hair-like up there.

So, back to boobs. No matter what you (that is you or any other woman) do, some guys will complain -- too small, get fakes; you made 'em too big, should have stayed natural; too hard; too soft; too bouncy; too rigid. You can never please everyone, soooooo ...

I think you should make your decision based on what YOU want and what would make YOU happy and make YOU feel good about yourself. Don't worry about if some guy likes your boobs, it's about YOU liking your boobs.

I was in Vietnam just before the pandemic and met a surgical nurse from Australia while waiting for a seriously-delayed internal flight. We got to talking, and she was very negative on breast and other implants. Based on her professional experience, she said that: (i) a first boob job will not be one's last last, and (ii) that any implant has negative health consequences.

I don’t mind scars of any kind and some can actually be really hot (in a similar way to cool ink).  My personal recommendation is not to go too big.  Just my preference, but I think that’s also the trending preference.  I don’t think big huge tits are considered to be as attractive as they used to be, but I’m also sure there are a lot of guys out there that would passionately disagree with that!

On the other hand, this is a pretty mature surgery these days.  My current ATF has implants and they are things of beauty. Same for the last few K-girls I saw. I imagine any reputable surgeon in a major US city ought to be able to avoid any scars.  

I've seen ladies with breast surgery scars, C-sections, auto accident, even one who had open-heart surgery.  Doesn't make any difference if all the other important aspects I look for are there.

I kind of like light c-section scars. These are usually for a scheduled c-section where they can get the right doctor on hand who is good at that kind of stitching rather than an emergency c-section where there is often tearing and an OB/GYN who isn't up on plastic surgery technique. It reminds me that she is a mommy and therefore a true MILF.

I've seen a few older providers (probably late 40's or early 50's) who had boob jobs and I noticed slight scars on the undersides of their tits while I was eating them out. Maybe the surgery back then wasn't as advanced as now.
