I notice there are quite a few movie experts here.  Can I get some help with two quotations?

#1)  What is the rest of this one from The Duchess & The Dirtwater Fox (Goldie Hawn & George Segal, 1976)?

"The race is not always to the swift, nor victory to the....?"

#2)  No idea what movie this one is from.  MAYBE one of the Mad Max trilogy?  (1980, Mel Gibson as Mad Max and Tina Turner as Aunty Entity).  I'd like to know the complete quote and what movie it came from:

"No guts, no glory; No balls, no...?"

Thnx!

I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favor to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.
--Ecclesiastes IX

Don't know about the other quote.

"The race is not always to the swift, nor
victory to the strong, but that's the way to bet."___ Damon Runyon

I don't think Runyon wrote that film, but evidently this is the original quote.

I have no clue about #2.
