Guys, what has been the most expensive gift you have given to a provider? Do you still see that same provider?  

Sorry, Caitlyn, just couldn't help myself when you lobbed that softball at me.  Honestly, while I used to bring a bottle of wine of a book, these days they have to settle for a full envelope and a clean, respectful, funny, horny monger.  I do what I can to make sure we both have a good time.  I think they appreciate it more than some lame gift they end up throwing out or giving to the hotel staff.
Also, I'll sometimes round up the donation for someone I know, either by not accepting a $50 discount, or just rounding up from, say, $375 to $400.  I like round numbers.  Go figya.

I don't have the means to buy extravagant gifts.
But I'll tell you what I like to give.

The least you could do, is give your date the pack of saltines. that came with your 99 cent wendy's chili.

So she wouldn't have problem kissing me..

I gave the gift of moving a provider out of her place to a new love pad.

I once provided 3 sets of earrings, a scarf and mittens, candles and candy. This was to a provider in Montreal. The scarf and mittens were climate appropriate. The total of everything was over $200. I paid an additional $2,200 to see her while I was there.

A friend bought me a juicer.
I don't have any fruits and don't want to get any.
So, I gave the juice to a provider.

I would have to say additonal $ basically he kept throwing on the bed after our appt. He kept saying here, here lol. I think it was close to 1000 on top of my rate. Dana

Stopped at a sex shop on way to see my ATF one day, bought her a bunch of new lingerie and some toys to play with which I naturally left with her.   Wasn't cheap but watching her dress up for me and having my first sex-toys-with-a-women experience be with someone I enjoy so much anyway was priceless.
Outside of that, it is usually a $25 or $50 gift card for comfort food and I usually pay my ATF about $125 above her rate every time we get together.

I see no reason to gift a provider after I hand her an envelope with $400 in it. I don't feel the necessity to give a gift to a provider like I really care about her or something.

Wait! I gave a provider a ride to the airport. That counts, right?

Or did she feel entitled to some additional compensation for her presence in your car?

It was only a half hour ride and traffic was too heavy for a BJ to go. I didn't need the $20 anyhow. Besides, she had to endure listening to country music for that ride.

She wasn't a Prima Donna or full of herself, otherwise she would have ended up in a cab.

I bring small gifts for girls I already know: books, chocolates, sweets, gift cards.
Something that you know wont end in the trash.

a client bought me a $2500 Diamond necklace and a $1000 toys r us card at Christmas.

I have received from clients: one moved me from one house to another. One gave me Tiffany jewelry, Louis Vuitton special collection handbag, I have had two different clients gift me cars, fully paid vacations, and crystal.

her new apt. was very sparsely furnished and decorated.  We talked about art at one point, and by happen chance,  I found the perfect limited edition piece by Jack Vettriano that perfectly depicted our times together.  
It was sensuous and revealing in intent... I had to gift it to her.  
 
So,  I impulsively bought it, with the intent to give it to her as a Christmas present.
(I thought it would be nice 1st piece of Art)

Furnished her apartment.  That was about 3K.  But that was before we got to the days of the 3K a month allowance...

This is bomb.  I love non attachment gifts for my pleasure only.  Gift giving is a talent.

I liked to give their favorite flowers to my provider lady friends. Once, I even gave a crystal vase to a favorite for her to display the flowers I regularly gave her. Also, an occasional book perhaps on a topic we discussed. Useful things such as calling cards for my immigrant Latina providers to call home to their families, or a money belt (every escort on an outcall shouldn't leave home without one). I never was able to afford much for gifts (I had already been shamelessly skimming way too much off of the family budget....   ....). But what I gave was from the heart. Most of all, I offered my friendship and support. Many times my gifts were accepted and appreciated...sometimes they were not. That was true for both the flowers...and the friendship. The lovely lady who had been my ATF eventually turned down a flower delivery ...and my offers of friendship and assistance..... But then that is life, as well as the nature of the hobby, and we all must learn to move on.

I am sure that even if it did not end well, she still looks at it and has fond memories of you.
