From my point of view 5'4 and down and max 105lbs but then everyone has different taste. Would love to hear your opinion guys

From thin down to skinny, not more than 5-2 and 100 pounds, C or D cup, thin waist, small butt.

Thin to athletic. Flat stomach. Somewhat narrow hips, but still a well defined waist and nice ass. No more than a small C cup. Nice fit shoulders and lean arms.

I consider myself in this category, I am 5'4" 112-120lbs 36B-28-38. I say slender to some, some like me better when I had a bigger ass, I was near 135-145lbs years ago but have kept the weight off, gym & eating habits changed drastically. I was always very slim my entire life.

Maybe at 5'4" 112 lbs and 36b-24-36 you would qualify as a spinner, but even then, just barely IMHO.

A 5'1" girl could be a 32B and 85-90 lbs and even so would be quite busty. I suppose with an overly ambitious boob job such a small girl "could" even be a 32C, but she would look almost cartoonish with boobs that big on such a small frame.

Yes, I would consider you a spinner.

Seems like everyone has a different definition of how tall is too tall, how heavy is too heavy, how big is too big for boobs and ass on a spinner, but there is no denying in your example that she fits all definitions of spinner!
Tell her to take a Hawaii vacation.

I hope you went to one of the truly amazing places in Shanghai or Houjie about 10-15 years ago!  When I am on my death bed I hope I remember at least a few seconds of the experience.
