Curious I contacted an agency for a provider ability and they requested my paystub and picture of my cdl???
I’m kind of scare any suggestions.

Don't do it.

Move on. That's way over the top as far as screening goes.

send them your most recent 1040 while you’re at it.  Be sure your SSN is legible.
