The only major Airline I have been able to log onto TER from using "gogo" in recent years has been Delta.

It would be nice if it were a new thing, but I am thinking it's more likely a glitch.

ENJOY the flight and porn :)

Usually the airline blocks TER which is bullshit because Twitter is mostly all porn and it works fine. Is this a new thing or just a glitch?

AA recently merged with US Airways, I guess the names are close enough to make the mistake understandable.

The US/AA merger has been going on for quite some time now. I doubt it has anything with suddenly being able to log onto TER, but we can always hope.

RSG, several other escort sites unblocked during my recent stay in the hospital. It was a total surprise to find unblocked  access to TER Profiles, links to provider sites, including pics and videos.

All the airlines will have merged into one giant conglomerate that doesn't need to concern itself with performance and competitive pricing...

I concur, I was a happy, loyal Continental customer for a long time. When United and Continental merged, United sent out a questionnaire to their frequent fliers asking for our thoughts on the merger, my response was, "promote the Customer Service Manager from Continental to be the Customer Service Manager for the new United". I am quite sure that fell on def ears, but then again I voted for Perot both times he ran for President, it was on principle even though I'm sure I was being ignored.

I'm all for change, if you don't embrace change you'll get left in its wake, but I prefer change for the good, and the United merger wasn't necessarily for the good. In the past I would not book flights based upon price, only based upon schedule, now not so much.

The NWA/Delta merger had it's hiccups, but by and large there were a lot more positives than negatives that came out of it. I was living in The Woodlands Tx the year that it took them to merge, and they matched my Platinum Status with Delta as long as I agreed to fly at least 35,000 miles in the first 90 days with them. That year I flew over 150,000 miles in total, close to a 100,000 of them on Continental. During that time I watched a pretty decent airline turn into one of the worst. United completely ruined Continental.

I don't know if the end result of the US Airways/American Airlines merger will be a success or a failure, but I have a sneaking suspicion it's NOT going to be a great thing for the traveling public.

...using a proxy server to see if that worked? I tried that once at a hot spot that blocked a semi-adult related site and it worked for me. However, that was a long time ago and not sure if airlines block proxy sites as well adult related ones.

ETA: Looks like this was already mentioned.

If you get Prime you can fly for free and get to your destination within 2 days.  You know, maybe that's not so far fetched after all

I fly exclusively only United Airlines and I found that after the merger with Continental they really screwed United retirees and employees.
My dad worked at United for over 30 years way back when PanAm was still around and retired before the merger but when the merger took effect it really went downhill.
The pension amounts that were promised to many employees who were coming up on retirement was drastically cut as well.
I miss the days of being able to fly first class on standby now I am lucky if I can get a seat in coach.

With the merger United/continental drastically cut the number of flights that go out every day.
I guess I should be happy that I can fly directly into Newark Airport without having to connect to O'hare.
It would be nice if United/Continental could have a direct flight from where I am to Laguardia.

They yanked flying benefits for retirees families and for some damn reason put Continental people ahead.
After tons of backlash from the union retirees families got their flying privileges back but severly cut down.
Didn't find that out until I was out at O'hare airport trying to figure out why my name wasn't called to board.
Don't get me started on their ticket agents...
