Have a strange question that I haven't seen here..59 yr old male and doesn't get much action..What is the usual amount of time it takes to recover after that 1st pop? Want to see somebody and really only want 2 hr session..Also would like just some DATY, BJ and Greek..

A little younger than you at 55, but twice in two hrs. or so, with an hour or so nap in between.  Other factors at play...she is a long time ATF who I haven't seen in several months, and I love her to death.  DATY and BBBJ were part of the picture, and a trip to the Greek isles would have been if I asked.    

The largest erogenous zone is between the ears..  sometimes a week between pops.. other times about 20 minutes or so.. and I'm shocked when that happens.. I'm almost 67.. so who knows..

then just go with that. With practice, you'll learn how your mind and body reacts and figure out how long a date needs to be to satisfy you - no matter how many times you cum.  

It really depends on a lot of factors. I have gone 3 lately in an hour and half. Sometimes 2 in an hour is difficult. I can probably manually go 3 or 4 in an hour, but what fun is that? I am seeing my atf regular today. We usually spend an hour to 2 together. I'll see how many I can get today and report back

For me at least at age 57, part of it depends on how long I take for the first pop. If I take an hour to pop the first time, I need more recovery time than if my first pop comes after only 15 minutes.

Truly, the other posts have done a great job identifying the multitude of factors that go into the mix. And it is going to be a little different for everyone.  

I read so many reviews that say "I'm a one shot guy" so they want the woman to ease off and make it last.  

It depends if you want to make it last and savor the feeling or  
would you rather have your girl keep working on you to get as many pops as possible.

I've always preferred one Good one to 2 rushed ones, but that's just me.

Lots of factors.  Time of day best after breakfast or lunch. Helps if you exercise on a regular basis.  No sex for 3 days. The provider has to be into you and attractive.  For me if those conditions are meet 10 minutes for recovery between pops.  

I started having sex at 14 and given the parameters you have given, I most likely would only need ten minutes recovery as well, but I rarely go three days without sex. I also have much of my sex in the evening after/during drinking.  

plus we all know an SAP needs less blood so of course it recovers faster.

1. for me, she has to be really hot. Great looking and sexy. I'll get it up once for just one or the other, but lose interest after 1st pop if she doesn't live up to my expectations.  
2. based on your desired menu, start with Greek. This needs the firmest wood. Use your recovery time for any cleanup and DATY then ask her to end the session with a BJ.

are two hours with regulars.  I have done this enough to know how to pace the end of the first pop(about the 50min mark), so that I get enough recovery time (about 20-25min) to enjoy the second round without rushing.  If I'm seeing a new girl, its almost always a one-hour session and I don't even try for two, although a few PSE-types have forced it on me, much to my surprise.  

...depending on whether or not the second pop is CFS or BBBJ. My first pop is almost always CFS. If the second pop is CFS too, then that pop might take more out of me and I will be done for the hour. If the second pop is BBBJ, then I can usually go for another BBBJ pop within that hour.  I think that the main factors for me are the condoms and how much work I have to do in order to get the pop, both of which make BBBJ pops a lot easier and more likely to result in a greater potential number of pops within a given timeframe.

My only answer to that question is "enough times for her to want to see me again" and that is good enough for me.

If you enjoy the lady, just book the time with her and see how things progress.
I am normally a 1 pop person and usually wait till the end of a session.  
Once I completed in the first 15 mins....the lady was super nice and we talked for 30 minutes, relaxed.  
I was totally relaxed and he popped up again and I was able to produce a second.

I am thinking that testosterone or the lack thereof would be the first thing I would think of.   I am also thinking that excercise would be a critical thing because that would speak to wind and to your refractory period as well.  Also look at hematological causes such as blood flow and the like as well.  Also what enzymes are antithetical to getting an erection would also be a good place to look at as well.
