This is for both parties. If a providers is so inclined to offer specials for the holidays would you rather have the money go lower or get extra time? HOHOHO!

If its someone I like spending time with and can have a nice chat, I would love extra time...

If its someone whom I consider pop-and-dash..(where I dash out the door as soon as I pop), I wouldn't mind being offered discount, and will gladly accept it....

When I do offer a holiday incentive it is usually extra time if a gent books a certain amount of time.
I have also done a holiday incentive where there is a discount on my hourly rates.
More time seems to be more popular for me than a reduction in my rate.

When a provider has a Holiday Special an discounts one hour to the amount of the seconds price.  I don't find anything wrong in pointing out to her that I expected she realize that like before the Special all hours were discounted lower than one before it.  Some providers might not realize this and some you'll have to help with the math or vice versa. Some don't know it wasn't changed on their website.
There are others that dd this deliberately and others who price each hour the same up to certain number eg. 3 or 4/hrs.

I suppose a lower rate would be better than extra time, if a special were to be offered.

The prep time is all the same and really does an extra half hour our 4 ( LOL) really matter. I'm just saying if you are going to get all made up and maybe even have to book a room it makes sense to me to give a little more time rather than a reduced fee.

I think "Specials" are given because they don't have business, this time of year particularly, or need money due to other reasons.

London doesn't do them not because she doesn't get short (she is Lol sorry couldn't resist guys) but because she wants everybody to think she's London.

only on my longer sessions

Excellent point, unless their volume is so low that they can't fill that time and still have enough customers to meet there quota.
Remember, many have "managers"   who make these decisions or just demand the money and don't care how much they have to push these girls who must sparkle.

Then why would you do that?  Unless you couldn't really fill that time and you have time since you are increasing it with volume. So is fair to say your statement is true if you could fill the time with the same clients with which your replacing?  or ?

But I recall a provider once saying that when she runs specials it is difficult to then command her original price again.
I like Ms. Kennedy's idea of doing it on longer sessions. Extra time sounds good too.

My specials are not about a little extra time, or a discount, they are creative ways to spend time together.  A little something to spice up the regular routine.  They keep things fun and interesting, and for gents that see me on a regular schedule, they really like them.  They are suggestions as well, for new things to try that you may not have thought of already.  I add new ones every month, and I even take suggestions for new specials.  Why not? It keeps it interesting?  I had someone write about a special in a review too.

Kisses,

AAT

I take it you want more long term trysts.  What is it about them that makes them desirable?  The longer the time the more over all money the less overall work?

I've been around for a bit...and I know a few gals quite well.

Managers...pimps...seems you need to change the hookers that you're seeing.

But then I guess that's the way it's done in Tijuana...right?

See some hookers here in the States and you'll see a very different POV....but then I'm assuming that you can afford to see a hooker here in the States.  Even low end attorneys should be able to afford an hour of a 300/hr gal.

I stated I offer a huge discount for 90 min or longer sessions

so in reality by taking those versus a few hour ones I make LESS

the real reason
I prefer and discount those is a few reasons

#1 I am single and its a nice way to go out, have a drink, connect, feel like I am on a REAL date
#2 I work from home so it cuts down on traffic
#3 I like getting close and really connecting with a guy versus a wham bam thank you maam appt

and I have new ones every week.  To be honest, my specials allow for me to see one person, and have a amazing time together, rather than seeing multiple people.  But again, my specials are not just simply a discount.  As for my schedule, it is full every week, just ask the gents out there who have patiently waited for an appointment with me:-)  Special does automatically mean a discount, it also means something different or "special" from the usual one hour session.  This is just my spin on the whole special thing.  I like to make it fun, and why not?  We are not saving lives or curing cancer, it's entertainment:-)

AAT

Specials advertised publicly have NEVER helped my business. All they do is force me to see twice as many guys for less money, and make it difficult to go back up to the premium rate...no thanks. I offer specials to my REGULARS, and there are many variations of what a special might consist of. Like Ashley stated, it is not always about cash off. I might do 4 hours for the two hour rate with a guy I actually WANT to be with, but never with a first time client unless I know him from here, and he appeals to me. I will also NEVER offer extra sex for free...it will be dinner or drinks OTC. I have also offered a pre-booking special, because that allows me to plan for a trip. If guys can pre-book, they might get 50 off or something, but just in general I don't think random cash off specials are good for business.

Guys always assume if a woman is running a special, she is hurting for business so it takes away that "I am in demand" image.

I'm low volume I can't see that many in a week.  You're not including time for screening etc. So I rarely offer them,  I may offer deals for regulars but they end up paying the same amount anyway so its not really a special anymore.
So its true. This is after having 15 years in the business, many of those were before being listed here & countless experiments.
Special = phone blowing up with time wasting cheapskate who don't intend to book because they refuse screening which is fine with me but it's NOT increasing my revenue. Get it now?

This was what I said made simple:
Specials are run to get more money.

It was a pun on London being short, but not short on money or she have a special, on the other hand that might not be true because it's London, who knows what SHE DO.

Got it now

You're on to a point.  If you weren't I wouldn't dignify your question with an answer since you haven't learned to be civil.    I heard it regarding the low end whores.
In T J prostitution is legal.  Some American providers go across for safety.  They're also lic. and tested. Are you. Licensed and tested? The better agencies work both sides of the border.  Learn what your talking about before you talk.

I did leave out you'd never tell. but many men know from the get go that high price providers can have managers and pimps.  I've defended them.
