 Even if they did,  nothing leaves your PC when deleted  , it's only covered up or moved
  to another location, including emails  .

I require picture with screening.  I delete it as soon as I look at...what do I want a bunch of xtra pics taking up my harddrive space for?  Screening forms automatically delete from my website after 7 days.  If you sign my mailing list, I'm gonna have your email in a preready storage system that i might alert to a special once every couple months or less.
As for email, sorry, but I keep it...so when you write to me again, I have our previous conversation to remember who the hell you are.
I don't contact you unless you want me to.  But I do keep your number in my phone so I know who is calling.  Every smart business person has to keep SOME information on their clients, and if you have clients coming (punny) and going all the time, and you want to keep a level of personality and intimacy, you want to know who you are talking to...sorry, but my mental file is not big enough to store all that information...now when I know who I am talking to, I remember the little details, but if I see three Mikes in three months, I need to know which damn Mike I am talking to.

As for limp dicks, I only make mental notes...so that if I am repeating I know what I'm working with.  Usually they tell me ahead of time that it can be an issue for them.  I don't keep any notes like that...my brain files random shit and that is out of my control so I always do have something to work with...if there was a cartoon version of my brain it would look like a rolodex that someone just spun and what it lands on nobody knows, ha ha...but when it comes out of my mouth hold onto your fluids.

I do NOT keep any info on my clients. I do have some of my regulars numbers saved because they asked me too. Even then i have their number saved with a special nickname i gave them. Once the appointment has passed I delete the emails and I delete the texts. I have NO reason to save anything. If you contact me to see me again the client usually tells me something that would make me remember him. I have an awesome memory and I recall conversations MUCH better then names.
