I write reviews for a number of reasons.  First of all, I enjoy writing them.  It also gives me a chance to re-live the experience.  There's also a group of mongers I'm tight with and we share our experiences and recommend girls to each other.  The reviews and back-channeling are part of the process.
Free VIP days doesn't hurt.
But if she doesn't want a review I won't write one unless there's a damn good reason to.

The more reviews I write, the more I ask myself why am I writing them.  In most cases, I am just confirming what has already been written.  Now that being said, some reviews are entertaining and comical, but the vast majority don't add much.

I would think that if a gal only has a few reviews, it is good to write one to help establish her reputation. You should also write one if your experience is significantly different than what has already been written.  But if a gal has a significant number of consistent reviews and you don't have anything significant to add, why write it?

I suppose to continue to show that consistency and that there has not been a change in service provided.  Or maybe, we just are doing it for self gratification?  Another notch in the belt so to speak, or to kind of show off that you have seen so and so, or that you have the means to see a lot of gals?

I guess each of us has to answer that for themselves.  I just haven't figured it out yet

Plus...our experience is now immortalized for when our bodies and minds start to fail so we can relive our glory days... :)

Pretty much sums it up.

Reviews are also like a personal diary for me to relive the experience when reading them.
Would rather not have a trace of the experience saved on my computer.

I can't speak for others but for me.    I have many other providers before and after awhile I don't even member them all.

So this is nice to write some of the reviews so I can look back and remember I was with this and that provider before.

You are absolutely right.  If a gal only had a few reviews it is good to write one to help her out.

It is also good to write one if the providers are lying about their photo and weight

But I simply write reviews when I feel like like it. I am not obligated to write them, so it was more of a casual thing and yes the VIP credits for writing them was good incentive.

I get the point that if you are seeing well reviewed providers, being review # 50 isn't really all that helpful but a couple of my most recent reviews were posted on providers that didn't have that many. In addition, having current reviews posted can make it easier to book other providers although I personally don't need them at all.

Sometimes it is the hobbyist who is the notch on the bedpost.

They a pain to write and I'm pretty much at the point that unless there was something out of the ordinary...good or bad, or if she asks for one, but doesn't stipulate a 10/10, I generally will keep my thoughts to myself.

Seriously, if my experience is par for the course with the other reviews is my being the 23rd review really going to make much of a difference

I can't afford VIP so I write reviews for free access.
