i have a junk food melt down one to 2 days a week, but daily basis, its fish, veggies, salads, fruits, You wont find cereal OR crackers or much of ANYTHING from a package in my kitchen,  My last junk food melt down I yacked because my body felt poisoned I had not had any hydrogenated oils or processed suagrs, for weeks, I actually showed symptoms as if i had food poisoning, sharp pain in belly then throwin up. which was enough to make me not do it agin since. I did have a minor junk food melt down at that 5 star hotel this week,, they had a mini fridge starin at me fully stocked with pringles, choc. chip shortbread, .....I had packed up veggies raw with a dip made with a soup packet and greek yogurt for snacks, and some cut up blood oranges and raw cranberries, and then grilled pork with no salt or oil from my foreman and grilled broccoli crowns,  

 
I did not get sick that night i ate the snacks because my belly was already filled with grilled veggies and lean meats.

 

but the last junk food blow out the thursday before, that one began on empty stomache and was a bag doritos, bag cheetos, kit kat, and like a box of ding dongs which i ripped open box and like ate 6 of em. AND a cherry coke,  

I got home and was like moaning in agony on the coach with belly ache then awoke to vomit through out the night because my body was like what are you doing to us? all we been eating is steamed chicken and veggies? what are you doing???

 
                    But yes its true we got it good , and can even make money bein sluts.
