Any big issues with DATO if the provider has recently tested neg for STDs and is super clean and the person doing the dining has no sores or cuts in the mouth?  Thanks for any opinions or experience on this one.

Try killers like E. coli, hepatitis A, and poliomyelitis on top of most of the STD's and intestinal parasites. The act unless you use a denture dam is risky no matter how washed they are. Please note everyone carries E. coli in there large intestine tract so that is always a risk. I would never do it as it is way to risky for me. Scoed is right.  I'll never be sure how I got it, but not long after performing DATO on a very clean lady -- not a hint of stank -- I came down with an intestinal infection that persisted for days.  Gastro-enteritis was all the GI doc would say for sure.  And it could have been from something (else) I ate.  We'll never know, but the risk is there.

Personally, I agree with scoed.  DATO is too risky for my taste (no pun intended ...lol).  However, you can reduce your risks by using one of those infamous "dental dams" as a barrier.

Never tried DATO and probably never will.

I find the mere idea of a "poop chute" on my tongue revolting. I mean what if she gets into it and breaks wind accidentally. I'm sure it has happened before to someone. Kinda spoils the mood IMO.

I could see a small vibrator or other toy being a whole lot safer/enjoyable to both the provider & client.
