Finding the agencies is easy and reaching out is easy, as I've directed a few friends to known good agencies in the DMV.
You might want to ask some of your trusted clients who have used girls from an agency in the city you want to visit. Guys know who runs a tight ship and don't run a girl into the ground with more than 5 dates a day. (Although I've run into some young eager providers who will take as many as they can get - but that is by choice). There are agencies that book back-to-back, and that is no fun for the client or provider when the agency starts running behind and off schedule. Its no fun walking in to an appointment where the 'reset' of the room is rushed and the provider is flustered. Another issue is clientele. Do you have preferences? No over 50, all races ok, no under 25, etc. Some agencies show no discretion, even on hygiene, and will throw anything and everything at you. There is one agency in DC that does that and a number of girls tried and left that agency. They also send less than desirable clientele, in other areas. I might suggest to the OP that if she has plans to travel to any specific cities that she make this same post on the appropriate regional boards as well. I know of a few women who have gone this route when touring and from what I have heard it worked out well for all parties concerned.
I read a few days ago that a Independent provider went on twitter proclaiming she will never use an agency again. The operator was as close to a pimp as she had ever met. She explained that he implied that she should consider performing services which were unsafe.
This is not an indictment on all Agencies. I have enjoyed the services of many of them over the years. These were honest and reputable. It is like any other business. There are good and bad apples and honest and unethical ones. To coin a popular phrase here in Hobbyland; YMMV!
