We just recently had a client who seemed to think that FS meant Greek, which is pretty presumptous, considering it was his first time making an appointment with us.  He then acted like he had been ripped off because the provider he saw does not provide that service, and even if she did, it would most certainly require additional appreciation,  wouldn't you agree?
