I had an appointment to meet one woman this morning, but yesterday afternoon I  could not reach her by phone--just some weird message about no service.  She is advertising again today, which made me think she blocked my number.

You wasted your own time.

You never met them. An actual meeting has to take place in order for you to write a review. You can't review a girl who flaked, cancelled, or ncns.

There is no rule about money. You have to have met the provider to write a review. There are reviews of bait and switch where the client met the provider then walked away because it was a B&S. So they did "meet" but no money was exchanged. Also I believe meetings like that could take place in public.  

... in general.  A Rip-Off review can be written if the provider took a deposit for the session, then didn't show.  No face to face meeting had to take place. I've seen reviews of that type.

I have seen some like that too where no meeting took place. I have also posted here on the board in the past that those reviews can take place. However I didn't think that was important to mention in this case, since that wasn't the OP's scenario.  😊

I'm in the same situation.  I might write something later as well.  I think we should write something.  We work hard and make time to go out of our way and they disrespect us!  Other gents should know what's going on!  You don't want other gents to be treated the same well.  

The fact that he thinks its okay to post a review as some sort of punishment, and think about how he came here to ask about it, then think about the hundreds of guys who don't.

Or, you could get over it and move on.

Post the offender's name here and on her local board now, or STFU.

Going by your description, these ladies probably don't know or care about TER. They are probably cheap, low-quality providers that you found on Backpage. You would be better off saving your money up to see women with numerous good reviews on TER.

One had a single review and the other zero....sounds  like a case of you win some lose some. It's the hobby and that shit happens. It's BS, don't get me wrong, but neither sound like well established providers.

In the case of the OP he will more likely get blowback like, "What did you expect when you book BP girls?"

+1 on what you said.But another thought also is what exactly did he say while he is on the phone for the second lady to hang-up on him?The first lady he thought blocked his number perhaps she was in a bad service area(still no excuse she still should have cancelled if she could not keep the appt)and advertising on a site that automatically reposts ads at specific times.As others have said the OP cannot review them if he did not see them but I think more research is in order next time to avoid these situations.
