So ladies....

A question to you related to other threads on the board...

I have been using the Gold Bond body powder to keep me and the boys dry, and to keep the 'funk out of my junk' for a while now.

I work long hours in 'other than office environments' and it works well.

***** as an added bonus, the tingly menthol ingredient in the powder is um.. errrr .. distinctly NOT unpleasant! if you get my drift! *****

but for a date, would this be Ok, or a distraction/turn-off vs just soap and hot water?

When in doubt just hop in the shower.   It does not take that long to soap down and rinse.

Not sure how the stuff tastes!  It's fine to keep dry healthy skin...  but I'd shower before a date.

If you're unattached, get a box of baby wipes.  They're good for your whole body when you can't shower.  If you have an SO, your special friend probably has a shower at her place.  She'll let you use it, especially if you let her know ahead of time you're coming from the great outdoors.

I always have a box in my travel bag.

Shower with soap and water. Get all the crevices and wobbly bits. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.

After the shower, apply your lotions and potions and powders.

When you see a lady, if it's an incall, shower again. Just do it (even if you've done it already. Do it again.)

You can never be too clean and it is always appreciated by the ladies.

After I say to her, "I just showered an hour ago, but squeaky clean is always better than just clean", and she responds with "by all mean. It's right in here. Let me help."

Vs.

She says, "Nah. That's OK.". I then know she doesn't care much. . .  about anything. Or is in a big hurry. etc. etc. etc.

use her mouth or any other body part during your appointment, you need to consider the reactions (or potential reactions).

Just clean yourself as best you possibly can with soap and water in the shower. The old standby by will work fine. Take it easy on any of the extras. Use some cologne on your neck if that's your thing. Less is more!

A lot of the powders, lotions and creams we use have different ingredients in them that can make for an unpleasant reaction. Probably nothing major, but it varies from bad tastes to numbing of the tongue...etc.

Take a break from Gold Bond, baby oil, Preperation-H, medical wipes, baby powder or even hand lotion.

The other day my wife asked me while giving me oral, if I had put anything on my dick. Not remembering I said no...But then after thinking of it, I had used to St. Ives to take care of business earlier in the day. She knew something was wrong right off the bat because her tongue was tingling and it wouldn't stop.

Take your favorite cologne and spray a small amount on the inside of your arm/wrist. Give it 30 seconds or so to dry.  Smells good, right???   OK, now lick it!! ...Doesn't taste that good does it??!!?? LOL!!! ...

...You would know that it is not "OK".  Take a shower when you get there.

Well for day to day comfort, a little dab of gold bond down there is a good thing. Keeps the boys dry on a hot day, and prevents jock itch and chafing.

However, it is not particularly tasty, so absolutely, most definitely and assuredly, your first stop when you visit a lady is to the shower to wash it off before beginning the fireworks.

unless it's whipped cream or cinnamon. Shower off the Gold Bond before an appointment. That would be like me putting baby powder mixed with Ben Gay down on my coochie for you. Use common sense.
