Guys --- Did anyone ever do a reverse verification?  In other words, have a lady friend or someone PM your white lists / okays / ladies that you reviewed to verify that they are providing positive references?

While I feel that those who have given me references gave me good references, that would all depend on the client, would it not?

Of course.  Just think that every thinks that the reference that they provide will be a "good one."  Or that the okay (if PMed) will also be a good one.  But that doesn't seem to be the case.  I guess that the darmody Grandfathering Issue posting got me thinking.  It might also be nice to know what she really thinks.  Or maybe not?

It's like an employment reference. If I didn't think she would say positive things, I wouldn't want her to Whitelist me and I wouldn't give her name out as a reference.  

Are you that insecure that you need to know what others think of you?

Asking a provider, "On a scale of 1 to 10, how do I compare to your other customers?"  Do you really want to know, or do you prefer the fantasy that's already in your head?

Did you read the darmody Grandfathering Issue thread?  You dunno what you don't know.  People, especially ladies, are unpredictable.  Has nothing to do with insecurity but rather ensuring ease of access every time.  

I know a large amount of clients that told me they decided to see me because "so and so" told them I was amazing over TER PM.

...if I am understanding it correctly that seems like an awful lot of trouble to go thru for....what? We would know PDQ if there are any issues about us if the next bunch of ladies that we try and book don't continue to communicate after they run our references.

Not necessarily.  You don't know what you don't know.  Maybe 2/22 of those ladies that you reviewed --- when they get PMed --- are saying bad stuff about you.  Maybe they got you mixed up with some other dude (it happens).  And maybe only 1/4 of the ladies that you are attempting to set up an appointment with are communicating with those 2/22 ladies.  You attribute chirp, chirp to something else because it seems to happen fairly infrequently.  

I'd only consider troubleshooting if there were signs of trouble (like rejected session requests.)

IMHO, If it's not broken, why fix it?

Droopy Dog AKA Scoed used to be the person here who took himself the most seriously and was known for sucking the joy out of every conversation he joined. It looks like the King is dead, long live the King as perhaps the sense of humor that DD seems to have found in recent months perhaps once belonged to SH who seems to no longer have even the slightest sense of humor and takes EVERYTHING seriously.

Offered an incentive for feedback. Long story short, I use my apartment as my incall because it's secure and in a convenient location for visitors and locals. However, it is my home so it takes a lot of prep for a special visitor. I enjoy the process and it makes me feel even more like a boyfriend is coming over to hang at my place than I do when I host in hotels. But because I am new to an apartment incall, I sent out an email asking for feedback about the setting, vibe and service to make sure that I was meeting the expectations of my visitors. I offered extra time in exchange for the feedback on their next visit. I got responses and they weren't just a bunch of praise either.... I was really appreciative of the feedback, held up my end regarding the extra time, and I would definitely email a follow up survey again. My mainstream job is in retail so I'm pretty sure my comfort level with surveys comes from that experience.
