i met NIN Trent years ago ..  he said when he wrote "Closer"  he didn't realize he was writing the national strip club anthem!

As a child/teenager of the 1980s...I gotta go with Eddie Money "Take Me Home Tonight"....

A guilty pleasure of this song, and especially the video, is the appearance of Ronnie Spector (of 60s fame)...she came back in 1986 just to do this song with Eddie, and if you watch her in the video, she is absolutely sexy as all F8ck.....she was 43 when that video was filmed, an original MILF.         RIP Ronnie
