More than him?

OR

What about you makes me want to pick you rather than her?

Your thoughts if any?

You pick her for any number of reasons including her look, her reviews, her availability, her rate and, sometimes, just plain curiosity.

She picks you because you passed the screening.

I think it's really quite simple,
Providers see us for the money. We see them based upon their look, their menu and their reviews

Picture this:

I get two emails, both wanting to see me and both "waving money".

Guy 1 sends a nice introductory email and provides what I need for screening.

Guy 2  tells me how good looking he is and that I might end up paying him and asks if I am a clock watcher.

Both pass the screening, (p411) and a couple of references. And want to see me on different days therefore providing me with two sources of extra income.

Guess what, number  2 guy is rejected. I am willing to lose the money

You can write that shit and some will believe that as well.  But the truth of the matter is that if you see johnnie boy #1 and he is only an hour and rents are due (or as often is the case...past due), you'll see johnnie boy # 2 (the stud).

If rents are paid and you want to just go and play...you'll tend to see neither.

But those are just my observations...and I'm sure your case is the outlier  LOL

I totally agree with this. The thing is, if a guy rubs me the wrong way before we've even met...whether its something he said, or I just get a vibe about him, it doesnt make sense to meet./  There is a huge difference between meeting a guy Im looking forward to seeing because he seems like a great guy, and meeting a guy with a "at least Im getting paid to be here" attitude, because thats going to reflect in how I am with my date.

@ChgoCPA quip on rent being due, I think its a bad sign if a guy depends on a girl being desperate for the money to spend time with him.  If thats the case (not saying thats what *you* do, Ive heard this said a lot by many people) then it may be time for that guy to  do some soul searching and figure out what hes doing to be a last resort date.

Besides, if I wanted a job where I had to spend time with people I dont like, Id get an office job.  The freedom of being able to choose who I spend time with is one of the major perks of doing this.

You'll see anyone...and that seems to be the norm here.

If you've got things covered...not so much  LOL

And try a bit harder to comprehend posts here...I don't have a need to play with a hooker because she is desperate...and I have NEVER posted as such.  But since you hear that many johns do that, maybe time to assess the types of dudes that are replying to your ads.

Hey, it's the 10th already.  Is your rent paid yet?

If given the chance between the theoretical "you" and someone who wants to book longer, all screening being equal most providers will pick the longer session.

Or so Plato taught us. A distinction needs to be made between “wanting” – an expression of desire, and “willing” – an expression of agreement. In this construct, I want your money so I am willing to see you to get it.

He loves to play with us ladies and get us all riled up. He does it to everyone and he is very good at it. Now, I have never me him and probably never will since we are far apart geographically, but  I stand by this, that he would be a great client. Respectful, clean and fun to hang with.

I could be wrong but doubt it.

I specifically wrote "not saying that's what *you* do" and directed my comments to "that guy" to make it clear I was simply sharing my thoughts on the topic you brought up, not about you personally. I don't know you so there's no point in that.

If your name is That Guy, well then damn the luck, no wonder you're confused.  To clarify, I meant "that guy" in broad terms, not you specifically

Heck, even my ATF of seven years has cancelled on me when one of her big spenders comes to town.  I book two hours but if some guy wants to book a four or five hour dinner date and only comes to town a few times a year I happily step aside for a day or two so she can get the big pay day.

I've left specific instructions for all those gals who know me well to tell any who ask that I am a complete and utter asshole.

I certainly wouldn't want to disappoint those here who think otherwise  :D

But you are correct...but I will challenge you on TER Jeopardy.  I'm very good at that game  LOL
