I seem to keep getting an error when I try to log into the chat room, internal server error, anyone got suggestions

You may want to try and login with IE!!  Clear out your cookies and cache history and try again!!

I always have a problem on the main Chat board, see the names and figure they are in the room but I don't see anyone's posts and no answer to mine? so i gave up on it after asking on newbie board with no answer.
