Brew-Thru is popular drive through liquor store in NC and VA, Sparklers are fine in many areas, and of course we have legal brothels in parts of Nevada. The real question is with so many silly laws, how does ANYONE know what is illegal in whatever area they happen to be standing? Thanks to our Nation of Laws!
Not so when I was young however. My parents bought us tons of them and encouraged us to go forth with them lit and traipse around the yard. They also bought us BB guns, bows and arrows (with real sharp tips!), go-Karts, and cans of bug spray the better to destroy the world with.
If they had done this today they'd be serving 10-20 for child endangerment. Hmmm, I wonder if they were just trying to thin the herd a bit
