I was hoping someone can tell me of their experiences with escorts and being able to take pictures or even film the experience? Does it usually cost extra? Do girls let you do it? etc.

Some ladies will allow you to take photo's, but not of their faces.  Some will allow you to take nude's and others will allow sex shots.  The ones that allow sex shots usually want you to send them to her so she can put them on her web site.  Sorry can't be more helpful then that.

The overnights I have had had allowed pictures of us together whatever we are doing out of bed.  I think the pornstars are more relaxed but again you have to ask.  I would think any girl with a blurred picture is less likely to want you taking pictures of her particularly nondigital so she can't check to see what you actually took.  
One of mine does model with me but we review all the pictures and no nudes. She gives me her professional ones on a CD anyway.

They have not asked to see the videos, and have (rightly) trusted me not to show them to anyone else.

some do and some don't. trick is to act nonchalant with the ones that do and to not pressure the one's that don't

but, they must use my camera. There are a very limited number of men who I feel safe and trust who have used their own camera.
I will not charge extra for that, posing is fun in the nude!

For me it would take an exceptional comfort level and long term trust to let someone take nude pics of me again.

Recently I got burned when a nice, respectable client in his late 50's took some nude pics with his camera at our third visit. He promised they were for his (and my) eyes only. I assumed he was discreet due to the wisdom of his years.

I was NOT a happy camper to find out later he printed the pics of me (as well as other girls) and showed them to other escorts on his visits with them, without asking my permission.

but to be honest, i HAVE done the exact same! but only when the girls knew each other and had worked together (in the same agency)

frankly, they got a "kick" out of seeing their "friends" and even started comparing techniques!  LOL

but generally speaking, an honorable "photographer" would/should never violate a girl's trust
