I did not respond. I found it to be very distasteful that anyone here would, do such a thing it's ridiculous. The 2 members are always posting bs, degrading working women, and I would never date either one. No need to use an alias. We all know. Referring to SW as hookers is a great way to never get a date with me. The 2 TER members are always posting & arguing it is really unnecessary. TER is a community & I prefer to be apart of a friendly, respectful community. We are all adults, and can agree to disagree.

about other board members here, so my suggestion is to send a PM with the info to the victim and he can tell us if its real or not.   I can't tell you how much false info has been stated about ME in the past, so I wouldn't be surprised if its a total scam.  If its real info, then you are doing the guy a favor by letting him know he's been outed, and he can then take it up with TER.  As others have said, if its real, the guy deserves to know his personal info is being passed around.  You would want to know if it was you.  Just copy the info and send it to him.  You can send a PM from your alias that you used to post this message.

Yes, and she should also notify Admin, as my understanding is that outing or posting personal identifying information of a member is grounds for banishment from TER. It also could possibly be the basis for a defamation or invasion of privacy claim depending upon what is said.

I'm extremely laissez-faire on moderation. But I think in the case of distributing personal info, there is a line drawn. It's simply unacceptable. Report him to TER.

It's juvenile as hell and honestly all of the news is old news that's been rehashed before. I checked and I'd like to say Inicky confirmed is not a part of this. I keep getting emails from a person claiming to be him. Like I don't know inicky's real email addresses.  

I agree 100%. The spammer should be reported, and furthermore, expelled from TER.

and the emails in question did NOT originate with me. The account is not one I control or have ever used.
And, yes, this is pathetic but I'm not particularly upset about it. I have long since had nothing to lose from crap like this.

were sent from separate private email accounts and NOT through the TER PM system .  With your background, maybe you know whether TER would have any right to sanction a member for an OUTSIDE communication that would have been a rules violation if it had been transmitted by TER PM?  Do you have a legal opinion on that?  

TER is a private membership organization. In my opinion it can sanction a member for anything that is not a Constitutionally protected class (race, creed, religion, age, etc). Now understanding that TER is based outside of the USA the laws of its domicile may be different, but in the USA I strongly believe that they can.

I agree there is too many made up allegations.  For the record, if anyone gets an anonymous email accusing me of abducting dozens of escorts and holding them as sex slaves at my remote retreat, I'd like to forcefully and unequivocally say that most of those allegations are completely made up.

From reading this thread, I can't really tell what's going on but my FIRST guess is that a Provider would be involved. Either directly or indirectly she would be a source of an email. The ONLY TER-related people who ever had my hobby email address were (1) TER Admins and (2) Providers.

How would a male TER member get anybody else's private info? The only way I can think of is from a Provider / Screener / Agency / Phone Girl.

Is it known or can anyone tell who is writing the fake emails?  Are there any "tells" exposing anything about the author(s) such as gender?  "I'd scratch your eyes out but I don't want to ruin my manicure!" is a feminine tell, to me.
