Funny, though, some of my favorites don't hit all those points.  But they do have personality!  I guess that's the real trump card.

If I had to pick one physical trait that I'm attracted to the most.....it's a nice, toned pair of legs.  But my biggest turn on is when a woman looks me right in the eyes and gives me that "come f#%& me, NOW" look.  Turns my little fella into steel and the rest of me into jelly.  Kinda like the Cheap Trick song, I Want You to Want Me.

ets say you take a bite of a crispy cracker and lets say you had headphones on and the sound sent to your ears was an artificially generated sound that's mushy instead of crispy crunch. It's been discovered that you'll claim the cracker didn't taste as good even though it was a cripsy cracker.  Taste buds alone do not recreate the whole phenomenon/sensation of taste. It's always a combination of the senses.  

So it stands to reason that a women that can trigger almost all my senses simultaneously would be a big turn on. It wouldn't be possible for a girl to pull that off just by one single trait: the scent of her perfume,  or a high IQ or what have you. It's the total package and the right mix that does the trick: Chemistry, personality, goals in life, view about certain things, her character, etc... good looks would play a big factor but this too would be a combination of healthy looking skin, choice of clothing, body shape, proportions, etc.  

Having that said, I'm most turned on by good looks, and to a lessor extent, performance when I see escorts because those are the primary two things that matter during a session. As long as she isn't a bitch, those are the main two things.  In terms of looks: Long legs, athletic or relatively thin thighs, butt shape, tight abs, pretty face, preferably long hair. Good hygiene is obviously a must cuz I always shower before the session starts and I expect the girl to be absolutely clean as well. Boobs don't matter to be at all though. Having worked in heavy industry with a large number of female mechanics,(15-20) the end of the day when the morning shower and perfume had blended with their natural scent was just as much a turn on as the finest new scent from Paris. Now I am talking about being there for the whole day and not just walking in to that.

The whole environment was one that people had to grow into. We used to say to each other things like " we shouldn't be this close and this sweaty and be dressed"
