Stiletto heels can do some damage unless some very well chorelographed action with a very skilled dom is taking place.

Pantyhose, fishnets or silky thigh highs?  Do you like garter belts?  Do you like lacey gloves?  Do you like a combination of leather and lace?  How about the lady being completely naked, sucking on a lollypop wearing only bobby socks?
When making love do you like the heels to stay on the feet or take them off?  Some of those heels can be a bit dangerous when changing positions.  LOL!

Good point.  I have notice that my gentleman caller will enjoy taking off my corset.  It can be a complicated task but some guys love it.

It seems easy enough to get what you ask... unless you are relying on a lady to go out and spend a couple hundred of her donation just to accommodate your fantasy.  If that's the case, then well... I don't think you deserve what you want.
