As a male receiving oral sex, the risk, while not zero, is very low. Nearly impossible to contract HIV. Herpes and certain human papiloma viruses are possible, but very unlikely. Gonorrhea is also very unlikely.
So, generally a low but not zero risk activity.

I have researched this extensively and even tho a doctor will always err on the side of caution and tell you to wear a rubber for oral, it is a very low percent.
