Guess I'm considered a newbie.  Started this great hobby of mine a year ago and had fun and enjoyed 8 different women, and stumbled upon this site by accident last week.  Great site.  Question:  What do you guys do, or what would be considered proper ettiquite, if your escort isn't as appears in pics or description.  This is one of my greatest concerns.  It hasn't happened to me yet.  Of course some pics are aged and women change hair styles but all in all things have been as expected.  What do you do? Leave? Grin and bear it?  Give her $20 gas money?  After all, it could be considered desciptive advertizing.

But remember do your research before you see anyone...

I have only had 1 bad experience of Bait and Switch.  It was in Las Vegas some years back, and the agency sent a reasonable facsimile of the girl in the photo, albeit 10 years older and 25 lbs. heavier.  Since looks were always a secondary part of the experience, I allowed her to stay, much to my chagrin in retrospect.  Since ploy #1 worked (she got to stay), ploy #2 (to get me to shell out 3 times the amount of money quoted) automatically kicked in.  Needless to say I sent her packing.

For years I refused to use agencies because of this, feeling that there is far less of this going around amongst independent providers.  And I still believe this to be true.  But, I will now see some agency providers, so long as they are reviewed favorably here and the agency has a good reputation --- the are some out there.

But the key is really TER.  It's an invaluable research tool, as evidenced by my reviews here.  They're all pretty good, because I did my homework.  My one negative review (I did take 1 for the team, as they say) was with a provider that had no data posted about her anywhere.  I just got sucked in by her ad.

Andnow, faced with a Bait and Switch, I send the girl packing.  No, I would not reward someone in this position with gas money or cab fare, or anything else for her, or her agency's, dishonesty.

It's a difficult question. I guess it all depends on the situation. If you have a feeling that the agency was blatently lying, then send her back. If you asked specifically for a 19 year old and the girl that shows up one hour later is 20 years older and 40 pounds overweight, and insists that yes, she is the girl that was promised, that's not good! Send her back.

It happened to me once with an agency I use often, I had made an appointment two days ahead and was expecting a girl and another one showed up. She gave me that excuse that all of a sudden the other girl had her womanly thing so she came instead. The girl that showed up was nice and good looking and she did not try to hide that she was not who I was expecting, so I let her stay and had a really great time with her. And it was the one and only time the agency did that to me. So maybe that was the truth, or maybe the other girl did not feel like working this day and asked her friend to replace her. In retrospect I think I made the right decision. I do not think it was a deliberate choice from the agency.
