Do people still respond to BP ads.?

Has anyone had any luck with a BP ad ?
My only experience led to upsell nightmare.
I only hobby with well established and well reviewed providers. I will occasionally TOFTT (take one for the team) if a trusted provider recommends a new girl.
However, to answer you question directly. YES lot of people respond to BP ADs. BP made about $23 million last year just on the Escort ADs. And the revenue has been steadily going up for last few years. The girls would not be posting the ADs unless there is demand. It costs them to post ADs.
Just look through the reviews, and you will see so many BP girls being reviewed. For every review, there are ton of appointments that never got reviewed.
Some areas don't have active regional boards, on TER or elsewhere, and BP does cover the entire country in a way that no other advertising venue does.
The (now gone) escorts site used to be very good for that too, but well... we all know what happened there.
I do not generally advertise on BP, and I consider it only as a last resort. But in some parts of the country, I need to. It's just the way it is.

...And I don't mind girls using Eros, CityVibe, BackPage for advertizing as long as they have their own websites and reviews...
.... POPULAR site to use. And it's not awful everywhere either client-wise anyways.
Every time I read one of these anti-BP posts I wonder if city life really just sucks all the intelligence out of you. "Why oh Why, dear God why, why would you see a BP provider" they lament, tearing their hair and gnashing their teeth.
Give me your list, oh wise city dweller, of the providers you would see if you lived in a town of 50-75k people, several hours drive from a metropolitan area.
I used to live in Western Massachusetts. Now, if you live in Boston, you think that "western massachusetts" means worcester; a few of you have a vague notion that there is a place further west called "springfield" that is home to a couple hundred thousand unwashed hillbillies. Very few realize that you still have to drive another hour west before you hit the MA/NY border, and that there is a town there with 45,000 people in a county of 200,000. Nobody from there advertises on EROS, and the few who are reviewed on TER have pretty much been reviewed by ME. I had to meet them by reading ads on craigslist, backpage, and metroland. I have had roughly 20 good experiences and 2 bad ones by doing so.
I don't use BP, or other small venues because I'm looking for cheap. I use them because it's the ONLY SHOW IN TOWN. I have now moved to western Virginia, and though the towns around me are slightly larger than when I was in MA, TER providers are few and far between - and yet, look at my reviews. 5 or 6 since I moved here, all good. Haven't been ripped off once. How about that, batting 1.000 on backpage.
Coming from DC and Hampton Roads, where there is a huge hobbying community, I had a rude awakening when I moved to New Mexico. The regional board on TER is all but dead. The site that served the Southwest was recently shut down. I've been using BP to advertise and screen the same way as always. I haven't had a problem except for way too many emails asking to "hook up."
Research the ladies on BP the same as usual and it should be fine. Stay safe!
You must do your homework..
Not all BP advertisers are bad ( ME) and a few others..
I do have to delete and ignore 100 trolls before I get to a gentleman.
and they all say then same thing....that you are saying except sometimes they get lucky and find me.....
Good luck.....

I agree with jess, only if you do your homewwork! I also would agree that jessica is a great find on any board!!
You would be surprised how many providers from here on TER are on there when they want business or are traveling.
Like everything , just do your homework.
But much more BS on there for sure
as all the replies have mentioned, do your homework and you can hobby off bp successfully. Here's a hint, use the key word "reviews" when searching bp. While providers can no longer directly link to their ter reviews, most savvy providers will mention they have reviews in their bp ad. But don't be sap and assume all advertisers who say they have reviews do in fact they have reviews. And never assume the reviews are good. I have found some great providers on bp and will continue to use bp in my hobby activities.
I've had some great experiences via BP and zero bad ones. Be careful, do your research, and BP can be perfectly rad.
Some very good points have been made in this thread - pro and con. I use BP infrequently and that is during the summer months when business seems to drop tremendously, at least where I live.
Just as those gentlemen who complain about the quality of the ladies who use BP, when I do advertise there I too end up wading through dozens of trolls. However, I continue to use BP on occasion because I've gotten a few wonderful men there. It's rare but it happens.
As has already been written here, you simply have to do your research prior to booking an appointment with a lady from BP.
don’t play by the rules.
“PROVIDER ADS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED”
Just saying!
I am perfectly capable of reading - I simply don't post enough here to have been aware of this rule. It was not my intent to "advertise." Therefore, I apologize for the mistake.
And actually READ the rules before you try to enforce them.
A link does not make it an ad. Click the link and scroll to the last paragraph, that is, if YOU can read.
Not Just Saying.
“PROVIDER ADS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED”

Lol. Yes, I just reviewing the rules and found absolutely nothing about posting a link that violates the rules. I think anonymousfun might consider apologizing for his mistake.
"By participating in the discussions on TER discussion boards, you can greatly increase your visibility and give potential clients the opportunity to get to know you better. You may include your link in messages you contribute to any TER discussion board, that does not count toward your ad limit. In fact, you are encouraged to include your link, because it helps everyone get to know you better."
Taken directly from TER's "Provider Ad Posting Guidelines"*. TER wants providers to post their link to their site as do I. Anonymousfun does owe an apology to you LusciousLynne but I doubt he ever will give you one. It is not his style.
Thank you Scoed. I really didn't expect that he would apologize. It has been my experience in life that when people mouth off prior to getting their facts straight, they skulk off with their tail between their legs rather than stepping up to the plate and doing the right thing.
I try to avoid BP but I live in a poorly 'serviced' area and sometimes don't have a choice.
I usually can tell the complete B&S providers so have had generally mediocre visits from BP. I've got one regular who while not great is serviceable and good value.
Another provider I found on BP is great; one of my all time favorites. She no long advertises at all and is completely UTR.
If I could avoid BP altogether I would, but in the area I live I don't have a choice.

Hi,
She was on P411 I liked what I saw, did some research & found a great review from trusted reviewer!! I made the appt!! I had a fantastic time!! Soon after her P411 account ran out she put up an old ad of hers from BP!! So, on rare occasions if you do your home work you can find a gem!! My next visit w/ this gem will be my ninth!! ![]()

...Any good provider on BP will most likely have good reviews on TER (unless she has been banned here or is very new). Rest of BP is all crap. So why even bother....
Me thinks it's just as easy to search for a name on TER from a BP ad, than any other site. No reviews...no date. Seems rather easy, but yea guys still think with their d*ck...shocker.

Its a good place to start but you still need to do your research. I went through BP for my area and cross checked againsg TER and ended up with 2 providers out of the entire list that I would like to see. I havn;t seen them yet, but both are well reviewed.
Like I said.... its just a starting point .... it should not be your sole source.
It comes down to guys being bargin hunters. Many who shop on BP are not interested in:
1. Daty
2. DFK.
3. BBBJ.
They just want to get a quick fuck for a 1/2 hour or sometimes 15 minute sessions.
They don't want to go through screening. They don't want to provide references.
They want to call up at the last minute on an ad that they think looks good and go for it.
If they find a provider that is GFE it is a gold mine to them while she temporarily has under market rate pricing.
I admit, before TER as a newbie to the hobby I had some horrible BP experiences but also some really good ones (maybe 20%)
It is a total crapshhot BP and you will waste alot of money & time for the occasional diamond in the rough.
For me there are enough reviewed ladies on my radar that I won't use BP anymore for anyone new.
There are some Jewels in the rough and if you know how to find them, you have great time. If you don’t know how then you will get a B&S.
I only hobby about once a month on average, but I have found number of gems on the site. Now, I also try to verify them through google, TER, or whatever else, but the major advantage is definitely price. Right now I've been seeing a lady in the Chicago area who gives amazing bbbj for an absolute steal of a price. You are not going to find things like that on other sites. I'm certain that a large percentage of the ladies who advertise on eros, etc. are outstanding, but I just can't spend $$$$ or more on a date. It's definitely a different world on BP, but once you learn the ropes it can be very rewarding.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but as a new provider in the DMV area with no reviews, well I figure that maybe a necessary starting point for myself. With all the ruckus I've read about TOFTT etc. well.... Also, when I google escorts + my location guess what pops up first? :/ Although I will advertise the there will be a link to my site and the standard contact form and screening required. Just my measly 2 cents lol.
TER is not as far-reaching as some seem to think it is. The vast majority of guys looking for P4P don't find this site through a Google search. They find it when they see a reference to it on a provider's website or ad on an escort mall site. By the time that happens they may have been answering BP, Eros and Citybibe ads for months...or years!
Then of course there are the "immediate gratification" guys, the "I'm not giving out my personal info" guys, the "maybe I will find a diamond in the rough" guys the "I'm looking for a non-pro" guys...and the cheap guys...
That's me!
When I first got the idea to contact a provider, all I ever knew was bp. Found a girl, set a date, then chickened out. Looking back.. Wow I'm lucky I had no guts. She did nothing to screen me. Nothing at all.
Whatever was waiting for me couldn't have been very safe. Blind dumb luck saves me again!
All I've used so far is backpage. I admit though, alot of what's on backpage are nothing more than scam artist looking for a quick buck. If they don't have any reviews, thread lightly. Very lightly. Alot of females on backpage are 1 pop and done. Nothing really to it.. BP can have its advantages for cheap guys like me. Lol.
And he does a mean She's a Lady and Take your hat off...a Joe Cocker number I believe.
...liked him. The Joe Cocker number rocks but I've not heard Tom Jones sing it.
I'd love that as long as everything else comes off.
We have Randy Newman to thank for that tune, and he does a great version of it too.
But like with anything, you have to learn to filter out the noise. Do it long enough, and will figure it out, as I have.
Having some other hobbyists you correspond with also helps to share information.
