"All minds, Virginia, whether they be men's or children's, are little. In this great universe of ours man is a mere insect, an ant, in his intellect, as compared with the boundless world about him, as measured by the intelligence capable of grasping the whole of truth and knowledge. ... The most real things in the world are those that neither children nor men can see." - F. P. Churc
A Virginia Board makes some sense, but not necessarily for Northern Virginia. Some alternative to the DC Board is welcome. For example, someone once posted on the DC board asking about providers in Bristol VA (near Chattanooga, TN and about an 8-hour drive from DC). Even for Richmond (2 hours away) it is a different market.
However, is this board for all of Virginia, or is it Northern Virginia (the Virginia suburbs of DC as they are referred to locally) excluded? Arlington/Alexandria/Fairfax probably account for most of the touring visits to the DC area, and Loudoun and Prince William are outer suburbs; I assume that they should continue to list on the DC board. Should they double-post (if that is allowed) or is this understood to be "the rest of Virginia"? One might argue that the same issue arises with the Maryland board, but Maryland is much smaller geographically than Virginia, and Baltimore is as close as NOVA outer suburbs to the White House. Admin guidance would be welcome.
