I fought with hotshot coaches this past year to play the players... how else will you build a team.   Only now, are some of the other parents seeing what I tried to preach all year long... if we win - we win as a team, if we loose - if we play together - we still win, as a team.  but if we don't play all our players... we don't all win, nor do we all loose - and in that fashion we create loosers and not winners.

the worst thing we do to people, and ESPECIALLY kids, is focus on what we think they CAN'T do, instead of telling them just try it.  

Fuck the meds, fuck the negative ass psychrinks, just do it.
