also for the record, I found the halftime show as amateurish and boring as any halftime show I have seen in years. I couldn't believe that with a budget like they had to work with, that was the best they could come up with. I will say that was more than made up for with one of the best actual games in a Superbowl that I have seen in quite some time.

...aren't others allowed to have a different opinion than you? I'm sure Katy is wonderful, but there are some of us who are not attracted to her or enjoy her music. I too happen to find her annoying, mostly because of her music. Not at all my taste.  

Please find one feminist school of thought that says finding Katy Perry annoying is a no-no. Somehow I don't think Alice Paul endured force-feeding based on the principle of being "ecstatic" for every pop singer who becomes famous.

Her half time show pretty much summed up her original brand, cartoony/shroom trippy. I think she did a great job sticking with the theme... I liked the ending a lot.
