I like to book for at least 1 hour, because I hate feeling rushed, and usually it'll take at least that long even if not going for multiple shots. I'm not looking for a walk in, she's already naked, you strip, wham bam thank you ma'am no conversation appointment. I typically like to let it build with some light chit chat and LFK, and build up from there. Even for a "PSE" session, the foreplay's probably going to be a good 10-15 min or so, with another 15-20 for the main event, and then when you ad in the pre and post shower etc your'e already at an hour. I wouldn't book less than 90 min for a multi-pop session.  

Again, all comes down to personal preference!

Now if you were to rephrase your question to "is it better to do a few one hour sessions a week rather than one multi hour session?" For me at least the answer would be yes.

I can't remember the last time I booked less than a one hour appointment. I am not exactly a "fast finisher" so I need most of an hour to fill even one cup, and yes there is also some time for chit chatting too.

I suppose if an 80 BNG session satisfies you, then you can apply the same logic to having several of them a week. It's just for me personally a "short stay" which I imagine would mean 15 minutes or so would not give me much more enjoyment than simply jerking off. It's just not my cup of tea, but each to his own.

I might want a short date one day, and a longer date the next. No one could say that one is "better" than the other; they are simply what I chose based upon whatever I considered in making my choice.
