even 12 hrs is a long time for me. The furthest in advance I ever book is the next day, the usual is 2-4 hrs.

I realize that leaves out many women like the OP, but in a world of well over three billion women, I seem to manage just fine. lol

I try for a week. Never have that much success. Most ladies need to make some kind of change the day before. Usually what works best is 24hrs.

On a routine basis I clean out and delete all my email and then delete all my deleted mail and then do all sorts of other crap. Earlier while I was doing this I noticed a real pattern.

It seems all of my requests from potential clients are either 2 weeks or more in advance (which I love) or tomorrow (which are almost impossible). Upon inspection I find few requests to be between say 48 hours and 2 weeks.

I routinely book 4-6 weeks in advance. Not because I am some elite snob, but because my limited schedule makes that the only option. Sure once in a while I have a change in my personal life that will afford some availability tomorrow. However in most instances I just cant accommodate those requests.  Which brings me to ponder the following thoughts.

How far in advance do you look for an appointment? Is it worth your time or effort to book further than a few weeks in advance? Do you feel put off if you ask for an appointment and the reply you get is several weeks out?

I don't know how I'll feel several days out, let alone several weeks out. I'd rather book last minute and take my chances on someone not being available then have cancel an appointment that was made several days or weeks out. That is all my schedule allows for, but so far I have not had to much bad luck with same day. as a mater a fact,i think I've only struck out twice. I have had to cancel things booked a few days in advanced, because while this may be a business for you, this is a luxury/entertainment for me so this is the first thing to go when other matters come up. Just one persons pov.

If I wanted to see a lady and her reply was availability is several weeks out I'd go ahead and book. Then I might book with someone else for in between. When I'm trying to book with a lady that I know has limited availability I just go with the flow and get it worked out.

I try to schedule as far out as is possible to make sure I can see the lady I would like to see. My schedule allows me to know when I can plan a trip if I am in the mood to hit the road. I have book with as little as 2 weeks with a lady I have seen before when I decided I was going on short notice. Since I have to travel a ways to see someone I want everything set up well in advance. That's just how it works best for me.

Having said that I saw one lady this evening on 15 min notice--she called and asked if it was OK to come over tonight.  Another lady I will see on Thursday and that one has been set for almost two months now.

But I have booked a lady and as short of notice as one hour when I have had a NCNS. When I hobby, I like to give the woman time to screen and be comfortable with me. Plus I have a very narrow window (late Friday night or early Saturday morning) see providers without taking time from my work or family. It is very hard to book those times last minute.

Depends on my personal schedule and my selected partners schedule.  Only once less than a week and that was a special offer from a special lady.

when home...usually 24 hrs in advance because my professional responsibilities make it difficult to plan much beyond a day.  When traveling , well that is a different story. Then i tend to have more control over my schedule.  I have a mid oct trip planned  and have already pretty much booked my play time.

Usually my dates are based on my travels, and I USUALLY have plenty of time to plan.  On occasion, that's not the case.  I find that the best sessions for me are the ones that I can plan well ahead for.

I think by the time the day finally arrived, I'd be so freakin bored with the thought of it, I'd have to hire some dude to go bang her for me.

I like the anticipation working up to the day of the date.  I am retired, so my time is flexible, but I try to work my dates around the scheduled activities that I do have.  For overnight dates, of which I do not have many, I usually book further in advance to make sure I can get the day I want.  If there is a touring lady I want to see, I will prob contact her as soon as I see that she is coming to my area to make sure I can get on her dance card.

Have never booked with a provider and been told I could not see her for several weeks.  That indicates she is too high volume for me, if I have to wait that long to see her.  Never had that happen btw.

My only really short-term bookings were with ladies I met at parties or MnG's, and made date for after the party.  Those are pretty much a crap-shoot, but I have been very lucky with my choices.

It could mean she is low volume and has other things that occupy her time so you have to schedule further out when she has time available.

Made them weeks in advance, and a matter of a couple hours, if that....

Some ladies are comfy enough with me, meaning, I blow into town or them here and it's on.

I'm aware some talk shit, but I consider the source. Drama queens, and others that don't have anything better to do with their time than to tear me and some other boys down.

No, usually its about within a couple of hours if she is not busy--can't be done with agencies or high profile providers either. When I am in the mood, I usually book within a couple of hours. Mood is important to me. If however, the provider is busy or I would like to schedule a later appointment, it will be within 24 hours. I got to much things going on and I cannot wait that long due to life's expectations. Sometimes things come up and I cannot sacrifice professional agendas for personal pleasure. There will always be providers out their that will accommodate my needs.

I don't book dates more than a couple days out.  With some gals that I know I may suggest an upcoming day if it works for both of us.

If I am booking with a local provider, usually a few days in advance at most.  If I am seeing a lady on tour, often a week to two weeks in advance.  If I am traveling, there is no set pattern...can be same day to longer than a week out.  Since many of the ladies that I see are old friends, I have the luxury of working with them so that we can agree upon a time that suits us both.  

As for length of time in getting back to me, I will get the impression that if the gap is longer than a few days, that the lady is either not interested or available.  I may follow-up at this point as well.

In the scenario you presented, if I initiated contact to book a month to six weeks in advance, I would want hear back from you within a few days yea or nay so that I can plan accordingly.  I would also want to communicate further a week or so out, in case there were any changes in plans on either of our parts.  After that, the usual routine of contact the day before or morning of to confirm, and to obtain general location info as to where you are staying, or vice versa.  A penultimate communication letting each other know that one of us is in motion and on the way is also desirable an hour or so out is also desirable.  I need not say that one final communication is exchanged when you or I arrive, to disclose final location details.

For longer dates such as an overnight that includes some travel I have scheduled out as far as 2 months.....especially to see the right woman. Closer to home if i am looking for a 1 hour session I can usually call the day before and make an appointment.

I really prefer at least a week in advance  but I usually end up floundering about trying to adhere with my "fly by the seat of my pants, go with the flow" attitude".

Honestly, I prefer your way of playdating.  I love boys but I love boys that give me a couple of days, to a week notice.

I think this is a great topic and I hope more Gents take into consideration that us hotties have lives and have already been pre-booked most of the time because - well, duh, being well liked and reviewed tends to keep us preoccupied.

are just that, VERY low volume because it is their day job that keeps them busy.  One lady in TX traveled almost as much as I do and we would sometimes pick a date 3 or 4 months ahead when we would both be in the same city.  It made for some interesting, steamy e-mails as we got closer to date night.  Because of her day job she say about 3 or 4 guys a month.

....2 to 4 weeks in advance.  Because I do most of my hobbying when traveling, it's important to me to have things lined up ahead of time.  I have limited opportunities to hobby, and so I want to make the most of those.

Typically 2 months out or longer. Recently was on a multi-day date that was scheduled 4, maybe 5 months ago.

Since I hobby when I am on business, my knowledge of my schedule dictates some of it. In general, I will book several days or weeks in advance. If it is only a day or two, it is usually because someone had to cancel. I do run the risk of my scheduling changing and having to cancel myself.
