Ok heres the situation. A provider whom I wanted to see was offering a review special. She always had good enough reviews and seemed like someone I would like. Went thru the session...she was a very nice person...we never clicked and she just didnt seem in to it...she tried but she just didnt have it.  Afterwards  I thought I would do a honest review and  talk about her short comings...but then felt guilty and didnt. She sent me an email...stating I owed her a review...so I told her I didnt feel comfy doing a review and did NOT mention it wouldn't be favorable. I offered to pay her the additional instead. She didnt like that idea and offered to see me again and reduced rate..no thanks.  

It would be in violation of TER Policy and might even earn you a suspension and/or ban.

If you write a review for the lady both you and her may be banned from TER.  

from its guidelines for submitting a review:
13. TER has a policy against exchanging good reviews for favors (free or discounted meetings, etc.) or anything of value. (TER also has a policy against attempting to get free or discounted meetings, etc. by threatening a bad review.) Remember, you are trying to be help other members get the best bang for their buck, and fake or inaccurate reviews don’t do that.

That citation only speaks to "exchanging good reviews for favors." And even here, one has to assume they meant that the agreement was for a good review regardless of the actual experience. It's a poorly written regulation.
 
The OP makes it clear his dilemma and question to the girls is: does he write the honest negative review or none at all? No mention about writing a false one.

Personally, I'm in favor of accurate reviews, but this is an issue that has cropped up here forever.

The implication does exist that she offered you a discounted price in exchange for a good review. At this point, your best bet is to NOT post the review and if your conscience is bothering you, go ahead and pay the provider for the non-review price.

This has been discussed in the forums before. The general consensus (not sure if any of the admins also confirmed) has always been it doesn't matter what the review says. If a provider is offing any incentive for a review it is a violation.

is there and discounts for reviews presupposes on the part of the provider that the review will be positive.  I would imagine that in the whole history of TER, if there were instances of providers offering discounts for a bad review, the list would be short and their IQ's would be lower.  Lol

What did I miss in the original post? "She ... offered to see me again at a reduced rate..no thanks." Post the honest review. After all, that's why we're here. I disagree that the premise for the visit should mean that you don't post *any* review. Quite the contrary. Her special was a reduced rate for a review. Period. Under those circumstances, you'd think she would have been on her best behavior (perhaps the only reason why review specials shouldn't be allowed).

He accepted a discounted rate in return for a good review. Why risk getting banned or suspended for a review?

I would rather know then not know. Recently someone posted I seemed bored with him since our last session but he also mentions he crosses lines he should not have that he did not want to pay for. Usually the review tells a lot about the reviewer as well as the reviewed. When I read the review I reevaluate what I am doing and ask myself if it's true and if I need to change something. I also ask the next 10 people I see what they think and people who have seen me for years. Once I have drawn a conclusion I choose how to proceed forward. Usually people who try to get a discount in the beginning honest end up trouble not just in escorting but in many other things I have come to the conclusion. Maybe the person you saw might evaluate like I do but you never know. Sometimes we need a wake up call. I enjoy what I do so much sometimes I get lost in it and forget the pleasure of the other person.
