memory foam mattresses swear by Posturepedic.

There are cheaper brands out there, but supposedly they don't hold up.

I am looking at redoing my den of iniquity and was wondering what type of mattress would be most comfortable and, of course, durable.
Any suggestions on brands or memory foam firmness?
Thank you everyone!!!!

I've slept on one and it is incredibly comfortable.  But they are expensive and I'm not sure if one is necessary in a sex den.  My guess is the best thing to buy is a cheap throw-away.

Something cheap.  It needs to be firm or extra-firm so when one of us pushes down the other doesn't sink away.

I could sleep in the gutter as long as I had a pillow.

I can sleep anywhere, and as far as fucking the same applies.

Bed, couch, standing, on the floor, WTF ever.

Actually don't care for rug burns, but they're a good trophy if only for a few days... ;)

are hard to move around on.   I'd not go for big bucks...  just not necessary.  A decent headboard is a nice touch.  Footboards can get in the way.  Speaking of which...  king or at least queen.

I'd not go expensive with the mattress but don't go cheap either. It needs to be comfortable but the really high price ones aren't necessary. Firm is good. Queen or king size so there is plenty of room.
Headboard is good. No foot board and no side rails. The foot board and the wood side rails that come up high that some beds have get in the way and make it easy to bang your knees while engaged in certain positions. Ouch! You could hit your head on there too. It don't feel good, to put it in the vernacular.

Memory Foam Matress. I am not talking about Temperpedic, there are many very high quality Memory Foam matresses out there. I got one and I wouldn't trade it for anything. I use to get backache every morning for two to three hours, now I dont. You need to get 4" thich minimum, thicker the better. You can use it with or without a Box Spring.

Oh trust me, I'm a BIG mattress snob. If you want to opt for a cheap mattress, at the very least, order a memory foam topper. Also, I frequent Costco and Sam's Club.

Memory foam or pillow top is a bare requirement for myself.

I agree with you on the pillowtop. It is nice and cozy.

How old is the water? If it's from 1975, 1985 or the Stone Age maybe you can sell it to some scientists to do some tests on climate change, lead pollution or radiation exposure from Chernobyl or something.

(Tap water today has Prozac and Lipitor in it along with almost every other drug, pesticide and waste product poured down the drain or flushed down the toilet. Tap water AFTER Chernobyl and Fukushima could have radioactive stuff in it. Good old tap water from 1975, sitting in your water bed all these years, except for the lead and chromium, is as pure as ... well, at least there's no Vioxx or Viagra in it.)
